I always judge Korean restaurants by their banchan, and I LOVED the banchan here — I would come back just for that! The army stew and beef bulgogi were also delicious.
The interior is cozy but elevated — great for a casual but intimate date. Know that there are very limited seats, and they were busy even at 7pm on a Tuesday night, so plan ahead.
Our waiter was attentive and so personable, and he made our experience just that much better.
We are happy to have found our new go-to spot in the neighborhood — and we highly encourage you to give them a try!
What a great little place. We reserved a table for 3 on Thanksgiving Day (2025). I traveled to South Korea and this experience was as close to authenticity as I've experienced in the city. The Owner is very friendly. We had the Seoul Slider, Corn Cheese and Soy Garlic Wings for the appetizers. For the entree, we had the half Ginseng Chicken Soup, Hot Stone Bulgogi Bibimbap and Galbi Meat Entree. For drinks we had the Pineapple Punch, Perfect Pear and So-Maek. I highly recommend this establishment. Go and give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

So so so excited about this new Korean eatery that just opened up in the neighborhood.
Just had their kimchee fried rice- Phenomenal! There's a small amount of seating for maybe 12-15 folks in the restaurant, but it appears to be very takeout friendly.
Owners seem cool and chill as well

Edit 2: (Dec 25, 2025). The best Christmas gift this year was 88 Pocha opening up in my neighborhood.

when i say delicious, i mean DELICIOUS. the food is insanely good (the jiggae comes out piping hot in a beautiful dish), the people are extremely kind, the place is cozy and has good vibes like grandma is cooking for you. there was no line or wait and i hope more people come eat here because you will not be disappointed. i will never stop coming here.

Amazing, authentic Korean cuisine! The service was quick and friendly, and the ambiance of the restaurant was great. We got the Traditional Hot Stone Bibimbap and Kimchi Mandu Stew, which were some of the best Korean dishes we’ve had. Prices are great for the quality of food. Highly recommend!
