Great atmosphere and happy hour deals, but quite crowded even on a weekday. It was a bit hard to hear one another because of the crowd.

Amelia is amazing! She ran the front of the house alone and I was impressed. Great service and some surprises with the wine selection.

The only place to deny me entrance for a Canadian ID. Not sure if this warrants a 1 star review as I did not actually get to try it 😅

fantastic happy hour. get a bottle for $30. good cheese plate and $1.5 oysters for happy hour too. we went on a tuesday just as it opened and there weren’t too many people. it filled up pretty quick by 6pm. happy hour goes till 8 so you have lots of time to stop by after work. the vino verde was our wine of choice and the perfect crisp sip for a hot summer day. for the intended vibe 5/5 (patio happy hour). you never know what you’ll see people watching near washington square park - hh & a show

Extremely rude and condescending server… She threw down the menu down and rolled her eyes at me. Her demeanor was so awful I had to get up and leave. Would not recommend this place for any POC.

Nice wine bar. Staff did not want to engage in recommending specific things.
It’s a perfectly fine place to go to for a drink - nothing more, nothing less

Pleasant local wine bar. Great service. Friendly and not pretentious. Tasty cheese board. Happy hour is relaxed and we didn’t feel rushed.

I reserved the back area of the underground bar for my birthday and it was perfect. By the time we arrived, the owner himself welcomed us and helped us with our initial wine selection. As our guests arrived throughout the night, the bartenders made sure everyone had a wine glass and that no glass was ever empty. We were so impressed by the service and how accommodating the whole staff was. And of course the wine itself was great as well. Definitely recommend this place for celebrating a special event or even coming to casually enjoy affordable wine!

Super nice service. Family atmosphere near Washington Square Park. Happy hour with reasonable prices for NYC. You can drink a bottle of wine there for two. The California Chardonnay was excellent.

Visited on a quiet Sunday night. The bartender was very welcoming and the overall vibe was pretty chill. Interesting wine list. Would like to explore the food menu next
