Honestly best place to get pizza for cheap and pretty good quality with a soda. As well very friendly staff who make sure you get your pizza hot and fast.

In our one-day visit to New York, we were so impressed by how delicious the pizza was we went back for more later in the day. It really is astounding to me how a single $1.50 pizza slice here tastes better than that of any of the pizza chains in our hometown. I love that they throw the toppings onto the pizza after it comes out of the oven. This allowed us to taste more of the toppings. Something we never see in our hometown.
The service was fast and professional. They cut to the chase, no small talk. There was a counter for us to eat at.
We will for sure come back to $1.50 Fresh Pizza the next time we’re in New York. No doubt about that.

Tastes good and is super cheap, what else to say! Even if you don't like it, it's 1.50$ in 2024 in the most expensive city in the world. For me, it tasted pretty good!
Excellent cost-effective pizza at a great price that is difficult to find in New York The pizza is delicious and I recommend the ham slices and pepperoni. Chicken...um... Only cash payment is possible. There are always some people waiting.

We had this as late night dinner but it turned out to be the best pizza we had in NYC! Especially after trying a few of the overhyped-overpriced pizza places that appear on Youtube guides, 99c pizza (now $1.50 as i'm writing this a year later) came on top! Not your average Instagramic hipster place, but God their pepperoni pizza was amazing! If you pay a bit more they put double pepperoni which i definitely recommend. Definitely my first stop on our next visit!
