Great cheap pizza to grab and go. Had the pepperoni and wasn’t disappointed. Definitely recommend trying a slice of the pepperoni

My co-stars and I were in town filming shots for the next blockbuster movie. When we first saw the reviews on this pizza place, we thought it was a dinky trashy little shop. But after trying it out, we were thoroughly impressed. We visited this place 4 times in 2 days. It is the best NYC pizza that exists. Our new friend who works there often, Rubin, even made a guest appearance in one of our action scenes!

Great pizza. For a dollar a slice! Can't go wrong. Guy serving was nice. Ended up going back for 2nd slice. Says it all. Yummy

Charged too much as I’m a tourist with a different accent. Player d*** to the trick by counting out change in front as if it’s ok to short change as you won’t dare question them. Make sure you question them as they will happily rip tourist off.
My husband, daughter, and I were walking around trying to figure out what to grab for dinner before heading back to the hotel. We saw a long line at a different pizza place and thought, “Long line must mean it’s one of the best NY pizza spots.” As we were waiting in line, I was able to see what the slices looked like, and we immediately stepped out of line. The slices were $4 a piece, and it definitely didn’t look like anything I couldn’t find back at home. My daughter pointed out this sign advertising .99 pizza slices. We figured, “Why not?” The place is not some fancy little pizza joint. It feels like a typical NY kind of spot. The nicest guys behind the counter! Don’t let the price fool you…this pizza is the best! We paid for a whole pie ($8). Right out of the oven and into a box. We walked from there to the “1” subway, taking that all the way to the Hilton Garden Inn (Financial District). The pizza was still warm when we got back to our hotel!

After a night out or running around the city, I love to get a $2.50 combo. 2 slices and a drink. The pizza is fresh, simple, yet it tastes really good and for the price, you cannot beat it.

Today August 13th 2022 I just ordered a pizza today around 1:15 PM the pizza was disgusting after eating both completely with toppings. As I was trying to give it a second thought but the pizzas wasn’t good. They say when you’re hungry everything tastes good and first the first slice was some what good but the second slice of the same toppings soggy aftermath don’t feel good like slightly wanna throw up

Ok, I have to admit that I was a little reluctant to eat here. My son really wanted to try it so we went and ordered 2 pizza slices and a can of coke for $2.75. The pizza was....great! I was actually very pleasantly surprised even to the point we came back here a few days later for lunch! 10 out of 10! Don't expect posh pizza, lower your expectations and you'll end up with a great snack at an amazing price!
