Unfortunately I was recommending here by friends on a lunch break .. drinks were amazing food took over 1 hour to come out, meanwhile restaurant was empty ?. I wasted my whole entire lunch to eat chips ???. Never again.

Bottomless brunch is not actually bottomless. They limit you to one drink every 15 mins, total rip off. No other place in nyc does this. Would not recommend.

Service was REALLY BAD. how can you mess up a dirty Martini. In a party of 10 they really have no service to provide kitchen has no idea on how to service a full party at the same time. Management never showed up to apologize. They offer free Mimosa saw it almost at the time of departure.

Made a reservation for a Saturday night early enough that they weren't hopping yet. As the evening progressed it was consistently busy and the vibe was upbeat. They have liters of margaritas, which our group ordered...more than once. Go ahead, give yourself permission, it's more efficient. Every dish we ordered was well-plated and visually enticing and the flavours did not disappoint! Servers were friendly and we left feeling stuffed because we wanted to try so many of their tasty options! Recommend!

They fit us in for a late Sunday brunch, the food was so so flavorful, the Mendoza cocktail was amazing! The pastor tacos, the corn dumpling, the empanadas….sigh. We are a Latino family and would gladly come every day.

Was shown to our table with no wait. Then waited over 10 minutes for a waitress to arrive. Then ordered drinks which came quickly ... then waited a long time for the waitress to return to the table who knew nothing about the menu items questions we had . Left to go find answers and another 10 minutes came back to take the order. Meals came out after a delay and only two came out then after a while the next two arrived . Never saw our waitress again . Must have ended her shift but we had no idea she was gone . Overall very poor service . The food was good not great . Wondering how they got the Michelin star mention .

First time in New York and stumble on this restaurant. Checked out some of the previous reviews and it was 5 stars all round - needless to say we also gave it 5 stars! Food was great, decent portion sizes and very tasty. Atmosphere and decor were great also. Shame they don't a restaurant in Glasgow :)

The food is amazing. Margaritas are top notch. We try to eat here every time we visit NYC. Not your typical Mexican meal. They have some creative options and the medley of flavors is really something special.

Anejo is my go to Mexican restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen. The margaritas and cocktails are on point and everything on the menu is delicious!

Didn’t eat here. Very good additive-free (artisanal & authentic) tequila selection. Also, very good mezcal selection. Friendly staff and excellent service.

As a native Southern Californian, it's difficult for me to find legit Mexican food in other states. Anejo comes close to the variety, quality and taste I would expect from a great Mexican Food restaurant. We tried the pineapple guacamole, the pork belly tacos and octopus with the Pork Belly tostados coming in for the win. The next time we're in town, we'll try additional items and hit the cocktail menu!
