Incredibly good ice cream, which is also nut free. Owner was amazingly kind and knowledgeable about eating nut free in NYC. They also sell nut free chocolates which was an amazing treat! Thank you again for your kindness and generosity. Really lovely atmosphere too! Can’t recommend enough.

This is a very delayed review but once upon a time, we ordered from a la mode and were accidentally rerouted or something to another shop. A la mode was so apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault that they sent us free ice cream for my nut-allergy boyfriend! They were insanely kind, proactive, and the ice cream was delicious!! Ever since, I have told everyone it has to be your city go-to for delicious ice cream and a wonderful staff. 11/10 recommend.

I came and bought a jellycat doll! The store owner was so sweet and took time to show me different options. He also helped me wrap up the gift and found a bag for me. One of my best customer experiences ever!
