I grew up eating taste of seafood and these last few months has been very unpleasant knowing what the food use to hit for its like less flavor every time I ordered the shrimp dinner with Mac and cheese and collard greens with a side of potato salad my finance had the chicken wing dinner rice and peas and collard greens and both meals with a beverage was roughly $70 that’s a lot on a Wednesday evening and not be able to finish it because it wasn’t tasty is horrible this is the second time this has happened in one week it’s like yall not making the food with love anymore and are just trying to rob the community I see you guys added extended hours could we use this time to season the food and let it marinade, lastly the potato salad was the worse of it all it taste like someone left it sitting out and the mayo went bad so disappointing?

I am a regular there and normally all my experiences have been great. My last visit there I decided to order a piece of carrot cake. I ate a piece and it was hard and not fresh it made me sick and I threw it up?? once I arrived home. The only thing I saw was the contents of the carrot cake. ????. I was intending to notify them but didn't get around to it. Otherwise this establishment is great.

I remember when it was a small luncheonette in East Harlem. It has several locations now and it hasn't changed. I love the food! I don't live in New York anymore, I live in Georgia now and NOTHING comes close. I loooove the red rice and beans, as well as the whiting. They are THE ONLY place I will get whiting because they fry the small to medium whiting that are DELICIOUS! Places out here like the large tasteless ones :(
I could go on and on, when I visit home, they are the ONLY place I eat from. I miss them so much. I want this business to continue to thrive and the food appreciated.

Location at night time is hazardous . It’s next door from a smoke shop . Also I don’t recommend buying any crabs stick from here because they’re selling fake crab meat . It doesn’t even have a smell and the texture feels rubbery 100% . The following morning I had an upset stomach for several days . But one Great comment I have I appreciate all the workers there , they’re very nice and mean well .

The food was bad at this location, I came to buy a plate at 12:30am since they are open until 3 am and the 6 piece wings were over cooked and not even floured, the mac and cheese was so bland and they skimped on the portion, I'm not even sure if the fish was cooked long enough. The fried okra tasted burned and like old oil.. just terrible..I used to love taste of seafood but this kind of food is going to get them shut down.

They are part of the small business Harlem Crabs selling seafood outside. I ordered a dozen crabs. You know summer time don't really wanna cook, a snack to hold you over. Now I wasn't expecting these to be great crabs from 145th back in the day nor my homecooked version. BUTTTTTTTT GOTDAMN, ole.lightweight. heavy n stale.overcooked.dead dead. Talk about my annoyance from spending $34 for a dozen only for maybe 3 to be eatable.
Food was tasteles and very unsatisfying. Where are the old school cooks? I wasted my money. I threw the yams and Mac and cheese in the trash. Nasty!! The fish had no seasoning or not enough.

If you ask for a fish sandwich you never get bread with your sandwich. Don’t understand why u request for a fish sandwich and just receive fish. Please do better. This happens to often

Came here with a friend to buy some food late at night. Went home and ate and shared some with our kids. We ended up with food poisoning from this location. Within hours of eating we experienced nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever. This was Sunday and today is Tuesday and we are just getting to the point where we can keep fluids down. My 6 year old had it the worse! I reached out on social media, nothing. I’ve been calling, no answer. Im still recovering so I don’t have the strength to go in person. Oh, and the whole establishment reeked of weed! That should have been a warning sign to me! Employees were in the back smoking! I will NEVER eat from them again.
