Ordered takeout after a long flight. I ordered the Paneer, Vegetable Pakora, and the Rosemary and Garic Naan. I really enjoyed the Naan's! However, the rest of the food was pretty bland and lacked flavor. Staff were really sweet though, but I did see one of them go take a piss outside and go back straight into the kitchen. Hoping he washed his hands... Would give it another try, I did come at the end of the night. They definitely didn't expect anyone to come in.

I went there for the happy hour that they have on weekdays with my partner. We got the veggie platter as well as we got the palak paneer and the lentil entree. The service was pretty good - our waitress was very friendly. There was a bit of a delay for our entrees but it wasn't too much of an issue since we went there originally for drinks. It's a nice environment and they had Indian music playing in the background. I thought the veggie platter was great and allowed me to sample a couple different things - some that I didn't like as much but were interesting to try. I thought the portions were fair for the price . Overall, I could see myself coming back

My favorite Indian restaurant between 90th and 110th on the UWS. Anar is pretty amazing too esp for dine-in, but Aangan is our go to for takeout during the week and on wkends. Comfort food that makes you feel warm inside. Consistent. Not afraid to use all the spices. Staff couldn’t be nicer.

The food is amazing! I usually get the Lamb Korma. The flavors are incredibly delicious. The food tastes so authentic. The spices envelop your palate. The food is fresh, and the meat is tender! The service is impeccable. The staff is so attentive, and the owner/manager always checks in with their guests. There was a time I ordered takeout, and the staff had run out of plastic utensils. They offered to give me silverware to take home. No other restaurant has ever done this. Their team goes above and beyond. Furthermore, the ambiance is truly beautiful. The bright colors make you feel like you are in a small ballroom. The elegance is captivating. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

We ordered food for the Christmas Holiday catering, included Tiranga Chicken, Lamb Biryani, Saag Paneer and Naan, all in large tray, they tasted very good, the spice used for flavor was great. Everyone enjoyed the food, we have about 20 people, the food was just a little bit left. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the ones who had been there before recommend it.
