I came here for UFC 298 and it was a $10 cover charge to enter. I can’t comment on the food or service while sitting at a table but you’re in good hands if you sit at the bar. Both bartenders were attentive and quick to get everyone their drinks. The atmosphere itself looked to be a mix of locals and young professionals from all around the city. Very cozy place on 3rd Avenue.Happy hour until 8pm, not too crowded, great selection of tasty beers and good music.The menu is varied and the food is very tasty. The atmosphere is friendly and there is a choice of tables overlooking the street or a bar. Service is equally fast)Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian burger.

My crew stopped in for an early bite after work. The bacon cheddar burgers came quickly and were wonderful! Dermot, the owner, was just great. He sat and told us stories about his home in Ireland and how he got to this place. We work at the college around the corner several times a year and will definitely go back.
