Gold standard for delicious coffee!

Nice little coffee shop. They didn't have caramel so we got vanilla lattes and they were great!

Some of the staff members are rude. Coffee is decent though. *UPDATE*: management responded promptly and addressed this issue with utmost professionalism, hence increasing the rating.

Great atmosphere, service, and chai. The iced chai with oatmilk I got was delicious. It leaned more toward the spice side than sweet if I had to describe its flavor. The barista behind the counter was helpful and was able to get my order out in under a minute.

this place has always been less than welcoming and kind of a cold atmosphere (I only go because it’s the closest place to me for a takeout chai tea latte) but more importantly they’ve recently implanted a policy where you can’t bring your dog in even if you’re simply placing a to go order and waiting a mere 2 min inside the place. So if you’re thinking of coming in with your dog to grab a quick coffee to go, think again because they won’t take your order. Honestly, I leave very time feeling less than satisfied service wise (it really is not a warm welcoming place), don’t know why I didn’t stop coming here earlier.

Some coffee shops offer a lived in, restaurant type atmosphere. This place is set up as if they think they may have to pick up and run at a moment’s notice. Some table, some chairs, mostly bare walls. Two women working very hard behind the counter, charging prices you would expect to pay on the Upper West Side. Dressed like they are in their home. Coffee was good but the place is not for me.Vegetarian options: I guessDietary restrictions: Not reallyParking: Walk thereKid-friendliness: Not reallyWheelchair accessibility: It is

This place has two people that make really good coffee; unfortunately, recently I have only seen them working the register. The newer hires have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The only thing differentiating a cortado or flat white from a latte is the volume. Otherwise, all espresso drinks taste like an over-steamed (but somehow still lukewarm?) cup of coffee-flavoured milk. Very disappointing because I used to be a regular, but now I think I’m better off just making it at home.

Spacious coffee shop with modern feel, and a lot of seating, yet lacking a specific identity. There’s some art, some mirrors, and one strange out of place couch. Good tables + chairs with filler decorations for the vast white wall space. It has more character in its aesthetic than a Blue Bottle, and does have a nice conversation vibe, but it lacks a distinct style, and lacks good coffee. The drip coffee which the barista said was a medium roast, was really a dark roast. Tasted like charcoal. Over roasted. Undrinkable. Coffee . Everything else . Overall

Atmosphere is good. Coffee depends on who does it. Sometimes is good sometimes is very average.

I stumbled upon this place on a random weekday morning and it was pretty full! I was unfortunately disappointed by the coffee, but maybe some of their other drinks could be better.I tried the spicy ginger coffee, since it was their holiday special. It tasted horrible and I honestly couldn't finish it. Would not recommend, but maybe some others might be better. The atmosphere in here was nice and the decorations were cute! I liked the ambiance but definite pass on the holiday special latte.

Got kicked out because I have a dog after waiting in the line for five minutes. The barista asked if my Golden is a service dog. I said no, and she asked me to leave. I pointed at other dogs in the shop who were there before us. She then asked their owners if they are service dogs (a chihuahua and a terrier) They didn’t even reply.

Coffee was good but were you get your milk from needs to be a little more clean .

Undoubtedly the worst iced mocha I've ever had, and I've had many. Gave it one star only because zero wasn't possible. Little to no effort was put into making the space interesting or comfortable so two stars to be generous for that category. Friendly staff. Too bad Starbucks across the street is being remodeled, this is the only time I would have preferred the corporate alternative.
