Love getting the vegetarian platter from here—the injera is delicious and everything is so flavorful and always consistent. Great pricing and great value. So lucky to have such great Ethiopian restaurant in our neighborhood!

Great variety, delicious traditional food, large vegetarian selection with mild to spicy options depending on your appetite or group. Great tea and coffee. Samosas were perfect as appetizer.

The food was delicious! My group and I ordered the vegetarian platter, avocado salad, and beef lega tibs and I loved how flavorful each dish was. The waitress was very friendly and the restaurant was good for both small and big groups. I would love to go back!

This is one of the best Ethiopian foods for NYC. Trust me, in Ethiopian. The injera is authentic (if you see injera that is white vs gray, you know you’re getting played). Their Kitfo and Derek tibs is really good and my go-to. Only thing I’ll say is they use a bit too much butter.
Vegetarian options: Ask for Veggie combo
First time we had Ethiopian food and this place blew our expectations out of the water. Food was amazing and the different flavors overwhelming ? nice atmosphere and the staff was fantastic ?? 10/5 stars, we’ll definitely be back. The injera ❤️

I scarfed it in my car on the way to something, but the dining room is lovely, and I'm coming back for Mother's Day with my injera-addicted mother. I haven't had Ethiopian food this fresh, this lovingly prepared, or this scrumptious in AGES. RUN don't walk there. The end.
Vegetarian options: Chickpea and cabbage/carrot veg sides are scrumptious as well!

Little pocket of goodness damn this place rocks and was the perfect place to stop with a few out of towners while seeing a show close by. I legit couldn’t stop eating. Everything was flavorful, cooked perfectly and the service was wonderful. Great Ethiopian food - best I’ve had in nyc. Will be back if I’m in the neighborhood.

Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Attentive and friendly service, and really excellent food. Avocado salad was one of the best salads I've ever eaten, and the veggie combo plate was very tasty. Injera was fresh and delectably spongy. Highly recommend.

This was my first time trying Ethiopian food. It was delicious! I ordered pickup, and as soon as I entered I was nicely greeted by staff. The restaurant itself looked beautiful. Great service and amazing food. Highly recommend if you’ve never tried Ethiopian food.

As someone who can’t really handle spice, I was a little hesitant to try Ethiopian food after hearing about how spicy it can get, but I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The food is amazing and the spice is not too overwhelming. My favorite thing to order is the tibs, AKA the cubed beef. It is perfectly tender and flavorful and their rice is amazing! Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area.
