We dropped by Ace's Pizza around 3pm., Brooklyn, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 5th Ave NYC and it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—amazing service all around.
We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Caesar Salad, and a 14-inch Pepperoni Pizza. Every single item was delicious! The quality of the food was outstanding. The pepperoni pizza especially stood out—crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and just the right amount of cheese.
We really enjoyed everything we ordered, and the overall vibe of the place made the experience even better. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and craving great pizza!

Was in Rockefeller Center yesterday with a friend and got hungry. We stumbled upon this hidden gem underneath the ice rink called ACES pizza! Wow.. extraordinary Pizza. The owner, Jesse, who’s also a Rangers fan, which always wins points, was awesome and we ate 4 different style pizzas. The hot Burrata slices were my favorite , but the buffalo chicken , cheeseburger and Hawaiian slices were sick too!!! And to top it all off Alf was on and I felt like I walked back into 1992.. what a top shelf place. From food, to service to atmosphere. I highly recommend ACES to anyone who likes food - especially pizza. Great job!
I wanna give this place 0 !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED ! I ordered medium supreme pizza, and it came out like a squared bread with some cheese on it. In the end, they already included a tips in my check! IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO THAT ! Be careful, everyone !

We visited this place in December and I felt it needed a review. I never normally do reviews but this place really is so good! We decided to eat in at their dine in room across from their shop and we really enjoyed it. The retro theme, the service was great and the food was 11/10. I dream about the pizza often especially the garlic cheese bread and very sad that I don't live anywhere near to get more! I highly recommend this place if you're visiting new York and if you're able to please dine in, it really is a great atmosphere! Thank you aces pizza for such a great dining experience!

Had their plain cheese and loved it! The sides were so yummy (and not overly hard either). Some may consider it salty but we found it great. It’s on the bottom floor of the Rockefeller Plaza. Quick and friendly service and even a small area to sit and eat (dine-in). Thanks!

Food was very distasteful and dry. Proportions made the pizza very unenjoyable. And i found a piece of hair in my son’s pizza which was unacceptable. Bad service would not recommend.

The service is awful. Workers were unbelievably rude towards my family on the holidays for no reason other than our race. Disgusting and unacceptable behavior.
Horrible Services, disrespectful waiters and servers. Racially motivated harassment. Rude service in general. Never recommend to come here ever.

i had a BLAST dining here!! The christmas decor is incredible, they had 3 old TVS going and one was silently playing The Grinch. They include a 18% service fee so I didn’t have to tip and my pizza was incredible. I read a book and didn’t feel rushed even though I was eating midday during the busiest holiday week of the year. I insisted on sitting at a table and not the counter so I could look at the decor and they (slightly grudgingly) accommodated me. I also asked for hand sanitizer and they had great smelling hand sanitizer. I got the personal Veggie Pizza and it came with a hot pepper on the side which was delicious as well- and cheap only 12 dollars and super filling. The cheese is just 8 for a whole personal pizza! Great spot. I would go back there with someone else who loves vintage things just for fun. Curious to see the other seasonal decor. They even had a Viewmaster by the checkout.
