I would come back just for the churros. Steak nachos were well seasoned. Service was acceptable. 2 waiters taking care of so many people, I applaud them. Very loud, hard to hear the person in front of you but I still enjoyed it.

The margarita pitchers were overpriced at $70 each. However the food was good.

My friends and I generally enjoyed our brunch at Agave. The vibe was upbeat and our server was very friendly. My only two complaints were that the back of house staff when attempting to be quick seemed annoyed by the pace of the guests they were working around. I observed a busser running over a patron and staff frustrated that people were taking their time getting to their seats. Lastly, we were brought the check with no offer of a last drink or heads up. Amazing variety of brunch drinks and food was decent.

Had brunch here on a Saturday afternoon with a couple friends. We had a round of drinks at the front bar while we waited for our table. The hostesses were lovely and asked if we wanted a table outside, as it was mild for February, but we opted for inside main dining in the back. This was a total mistake! There were a crazy amount of large parties- one long table in the middle of the room had about 25 guys, a table next to them had about 18 people, another along the back wall had about 16 women, along with other groups of 6-8ppl. We were seated next to the group of guys but really almost every table was next to them since they took up so much room. The problem wasn't so much the size, but the sheer volume of noise added to the fact that bottomless drinks for 2hrs for $35 had the entire room pretty wasted. Pretty much every party was celebrating a birthday so there was a lot of birthday singing and birthday shots. The room was full of 20-30 somethings and we were in our mid 50's to 60's, so just not for us. We had to scream at each other just to have a conversation. Food & drinks were good, but pretty hard to screw up huevos rancheros. I'm sure it is not like this for lunches or dinners, so I'd still consider going back then. When we left, we saw that the outside had parties of 2-4ppl and was quite civilized.

We had a 1:30 reservation, got there on time with everyone, then had to wait till 2:20 to be seated. They say 2 hour bottomless brunch on their website but then 90min on their menu and other tables were upset and refusing to leave. They claimed it wasn't their website but the QR table on the code... went to their site. Overall, it was pretty disappointing. The food was meh and the place was too loud to speak to anyone.

Pretty steep price for bottomless brunch. With tip and tax it ended up over $75 a person. We had a 2:15 reservation for 5 and they didn't seat us until 3pm.Servers were great, but the sangria and mimosas just weren't... great. Everything was alright but oddly the chicken tenders were amazing.

Decent brunch place in the West Village! Advertises as kinda a Mexican/American food brunch place. Food is pretty good. The boozy brunch is great though! Nice place for birthdays and events because it can seat a ton of people, has great/quick service, good music, and does cute birthday traditions!

Our brunch at Agave was a hit, thanks to the endless mimosas and margaritas that paired perfectly with our selections. The calamari was crisp and tender, while the Pollo Tinga Empanaditas offered a delightful mix of spicy and savory in a flaky pastry. The Mojo Burritos were the star, packed with flavor and satisfyingly hearty. With attentive service keeping our spirits refreshed, Agave delivered a memorable brunch experience in a vibrant setting.

Very noisy and chaotic. Also, overpriced. We ordered a pitcher of margaritas for $70. When we got the bill, we were charged $100. and were told we ordered the more expensive tequila. This was not true since we were not asked which tequila we wanted or told that the better tequila would set us back another $30.00! I know as much about tequila as I know about nuclear physics. Very sneaky, underhanded tactics. There's also no mention that the tip is already added to the bill, so look carefully at the tab! The food is good but nothing special. There are many Mexican restaurants in the city - will try another one next time.

Fun vibes, but definitely can be quite loud around weekend brunches. My friend and I loved the nachos! She got the spinach and mushroom quesadilla and I got a cheese quesadilla. The cheese quesadilla was a bit overpriced for something so simple but it was tasty. We both also really liked our margaritas. The servers were friendly and personable. Definitely excited to go back soon!

Unfortunately we had to wait an HOUR past our reservation time for a table of 6. We were told it would be "no more than 15 minutes" when we checked initially. At about 40 minutes past I voiced how irritated this situation was making me and the hostess told me the fact that we hadn't gotten a table wasn't her problem. The brunch is not good enough to ever deal with that again and had I known it would be an hour wait time I would have gone someone else.

Reservation was at 1:30. Our full party didn't arrive until 1:45, but after waiting a full hour to be sitted despite having a reservation they provided us with a table in the middle of the crowded waiting space with hardly any room and not even enough chairs. Hostess kept assuring us our table would be coming shortly then would give an open table to some one else. Very unorganized and very chaotic. Don't recommend unless you're going by yourself.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Disappointing food, empty atmosphere with outdated design/menu options, and not to mention
