Where do I even start? First of all, the service was amazing. Our server was so unbelievably kind and gave amazing suggestions on what we should get. All her recs were spot on!! Second of all - the food. Wow. I got the Passera E Caviale which apparently has been on the menu for the past 10 years. I hope it stays on the menu for another 10 years. So flavorful, light, perfect - I’ll never forget that first bite. I also got the spaghetti and duck, both were cooked to perfection. The duck especially was very juicy and tender. No complaints!! I highly recommend!!

My friends and I celebrated a birthday last Friday and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly special, even reserving one of the best tables for us. The drink menu was extensive and impressive, and we had a great time exploring the options. We shared three dishes, but the Grilled Octopus was definitely the standout—it was absolutely delicious!

I had been to this restaurant before about 4 years ago. For dinner with friends, business partners and my family for Thanksgiving. It was truly wonderful. My girlfriend who is a foody booked reservations for us a couple nights ago. I wish I could say I was impressed and the food was as good as the last 4 times I had been there. It was sorely disappointing. I think there is a new chef. First thing that turned me off was I ordered a glass of Montrachet & the waiter asked did you see the price. Which in my opinion isn't appropriate. Yes I knew what it cost. I owned a liquor store for 20 yrs and I was the wine buyer. The appetizers were good not great so we were excited about the entrees. 4 things that were on the menu they didn't have. The entrees were subpar my lobster tail was stringy and not cooked inside. The sauce was bland. My girlfriends pasta was ok the sauce wasn't good over done. Just tasted like cheese. The side order of potatoes were inedible they smelt funky & the cheese overpowered the potatoes. We couldn't eat them. We were both surprised the chef would put this out. I am not sure why we felt slighted by the waiter. Only he knows. I love the hotel, but would not go back to this restaurant. We enjoy good food flavorful spices tastes that transport. This fell short. Maybe it was an off night. Still we felt our treatment wasn't..... ? Good. Sorry I was so excited to be going back, but I think they let things go. If you want a real dining EXPERIENCE over the top food and service I recommend Per Se in Columbus circle.

Luxury fine dining experience with great value during restaurant week. The only downside is that the dishes lack enough protein for fitness.

Great food and even better service!
I’m writing this because the more I think about it, the more irritated I am about the experience I had last night. I came with a friend for restaurant week, and she arrived about 10 mins late and the hostess said “wow, we were wondering where you were!” Before seating us. Kind of rude, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t full, but I let it slide. During dinner, service was great and attentive. Food was good, nothing spectacular. Then after paying, we had about 15 minutes until close and my friend was finishing her drink (a glass of port which was close to $30, mind you) and these two busboys were very clearly frustrated that we weren’t leaving. Standing across from the table staring at us, huffing and puffing, muttering things. The second we’d put something on the table they’d run up and grab it. We weren’t even the last table there and they seemed to only be doing this to us. We left right at close and as we were walking out, these men were blatantly glaring at us even while we were making eye contact. My friend was so frustrated that she turned around and went back to complain, and I decided to just leave because I was over it and didn’t want to be there any longer.
My friend was offered a comp meal for us on Friday (she already had plans to go back), in which I work and can’t make it so ultimately get nothing. Luckily we were there for restaurant week and it was a $60 pre-fixe…I cannot imagine if we were treated this way and it was full price. Regardless, I spent close to $200 to be treated poorly, and I wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

The restaurant is attractive although I was disappointed over all the artificial flowers in the restaurant. It seemed highly unusual to me for a restaurant of this level.
We were there for restaurant week. I suspect portions are smaller than if ordered from regular menu; accordingly, the food while very good had portions that were unusually small with very little vegetables accompanying the dish. I had the halibut and was still hungry after the meal.
Bread was only provided on request which was puzzling since a bread plate was provided.
Service was good. In total, I dont know if i can recommend it, for restaurant week anyway.

Certainly great experience with sleek interiors and attentive service. I started with the Tuna Tartare, which was both flavorful and full of subtle surprises. The green beans were pickled with a bold tang that reminded me of traditional Southern Chinese pickling techniques—unexpected but delightful. The peppers weren’t pickled, but still carried a strong, almost fermented complexity.
The quail egg had a perfectly runny yolk—creamy and rich. The purple potato chips turned out to be crunchy and fun. The potato dice was especially impressive—smooth, tender, and almost buttery in texture. The tuna itself was fresh and cleanly cut, holding its own against the punchy accompaniments.
For the main course, I went with the Fiori Burger, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The beef patty itself was the highlight—expertly cooked, very tender and juicy, though leaning a little salty for my palate. The sun-dried tomato added a touch of sweetness that helped balance the richness, and the cheese was pleasantly thick and melty. The bun was quite underwhelming—texturally mediocre and didn’t hold up to the juicy patty. The fries, though crispy, were just average. It’s certainly a more refined take than average $10 burgers.

We used to love With Fiori and this item.we booked a lunch. It is good but the lobster Basque was overly salty, so was the pasta. Otherwise they flavor was fine.

My favorite is the toasted duck breast, the meat was very nice and tender, and the skin was really crispy. The veal ravioli also stood out to me, super creamy. And service was INCREDIBLE.

The staff was amazing, the food was phenomenal, and we got all our food very fast but not overwhelmingly so.
excellent choice.
delicious food.
services provided to measure.
Great food. The atmosphere was also pretty nice. Service was good. We ordered the prix fix menu.
I made a reservation, but I guess I didn't need to make a reservation..?
The atmosphere was nice and the food wasn't bad.
I even had dessert, but it seemed to be less expensive than I thought for New York prices.
