One of the best services we experienced in NYC! We stayed at the Aliz Hotel, which is about a 5-minute walk from Aleef Cafe. On the first day, we decided to have breakfast there because of the great reviews we saw on Google. Over the next three days, we kept coming back because of the excellent service and amazing food.

The owner is attentive and friendly. Angie, one of the staff members, is absolutely incredible! From the very first day, she greeted us with a big smile. She is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive — truly a sweetheart!

The food is delicious! We became addicted to the bagel with cream cheese and bacon. The cappuccino and the mocha are amazing! The food is really high quality for a very fair price, which is hard to find in NYC. We always left very satisfied and ready to start our busy days exploring the city.

We highly recommend Aleef Cafe and already miss the great food and wonderful service.

We tried the Turkey Wrap and the Italian Panini and both were delicious. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a halal breakfast spot near Manhattan.

Aleef Cafe is a fantastic hidden gem in Manhattan that serves an amazing breakfast with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The shop is small and humble, but the warm hospitality from the Bangladeshi owner makes you feel truly welcome. If you are visiting the area and looking for a great meal from a fellow community member, I highly recommend stopping by this halal-friendly cafe.

Found this little place while staying at a hotel down the street. Got a latte and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was made to order, very fresh. Went back for the salmon salad, it was very tasty. The owner was so nice and friendly. Quaint shop. Will go back every time I'm in Manhattan!

Great food, great service, great prices! Pretty much the best you can ask for of a Midtown cafe. Small space but owner and staff are so kind and friendly!
