The croissant was indeed the best I had in New York yet, as a french person.
But the coffee was inacceptable, big bubbles and burning horror.
Also dissapointed by the lemon brioche thing, it goes back to the overly sugary american pastries.
Lemon baguettes..outstanding

ordered from Alf Bakery for our team summit snacks, and it was an absolute hit! Everything was fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavor. The pastries and breads really elevated the whole experience for our group. The owner was so kind and attentive, which made the process even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back—for both personal treats and future team gatherings.

I'm obsessed with the Focaccia, if you get there around 10 it is still warm.

Found this on maps, tried the laminated baguette and, yes, it is heavenly. Make sure to go downstairs after you enter Chelsea Market. Wonderful staff.

Croissants were over baked and over crisped, no delicate layers of goodness. It was more of a hard cookie. Sandwiches were too expensive to try at 14$ minimum for even the smallest sandwich. There are better tasting and better priced options nearby that are not in a basement…

Cute tiny spot with delicious pastry and super tasty tea. You can sit outside, it is tables there. Definitely recommended that spot if you looking for delicious pastry, sandwiches, coffee, or tea.

Had seen a YouTube video highlighting this bakery and immediately stopped for sandwiches and pan au chocolat.
The baguette was perfection - either with the ham & cheese or the roasted pepper and mozzarella.
Do not miss this place - it’s a gem

I rank it as the best coffee in NYC. It is strong and aromatic.
The almonds croissant is also one of the best.
Enjoy!
