I love this restaurant ! I eat several times, and every time I’m surprised how good the food! I use to go to Pasha but it’s closed. I love Mediterranean/Turkish cuisine. Now Ali Baba is my favorite place. Just had a lunch around 12:00 pm today , a little bit early, but when I left, the restaurant was full of customers!Suberb lunch special ($20), variety of choices! Their main menu is endless, I have to try everything! Today - red lentil soup, extravagant bread, steam comes out of bread, musaka (eggplants, ground beef, rice, and something else)- delicious, Turkish coffee, Pahlava (baklava ).Service is very very good! You would feel at home! My waiter explains me how it’s cooked and what ingredients. I’m sure that they have a very good chef! Five stars for everything!- food, atmosphere , service, cleanness, etc .

The food was very tasty, and prices are normal for NYC. Also, owner and chef Ali is a great, kind man and very friendly. He greets everyone having a dinner, everyone he met have a smiling face while leaving his restaurant.
