I've been a long time supporter of Alice's but the experience I just had will ensure we don't come back.
This is the first time I tried to bring my young son. I checked the menu online to make sure there was something he could eat.
We arrived and they told us they hadn't updated their menu and didn't have that item any longer.
We left and ran around the corner to grab a slice of pizza for him and came back and asked if he could bring it in so we could still eat there.
We were told rudely told no.
If that's the policy, then fine. But update your menu so people know what to expect.
For an establishment that is closing locations bc they're struggling, maybe don't turn away long time fans. We won't be back.

Quirky and fun tea shop

A must! Their bread is fabulous and their service is amazing. I recommend the pumpkin scone, the cream and jelly they come with really level them up

Tea and scones were terrific, and the service was good. The atmosphere at this restaurant was disappointing.

A little time capsule. Classic and relaxing vibe. Many tea to choose from. U can spend the whole afternoon with friends and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city.

I stopped by Alice’s Tea Cup and had a lovely experience! I ordered a coffee and banana bread, along with passion fruit tea and their famous scones. Everything was delicious — the banana bread was moist and flavorful but it can be served as warmed up and the scones were perfectly baked with a delightful texture. The passion fruit tea was refreshing and aromatic, a great contrast to the coffee, which was also smooth and rich.

The whimsical decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like stepping into a storybook. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s a great spot for a quiet break or a light treat with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their tea selection and pastries.

Everything here is delicious; especially fun for young kids

A place I've seen often enough, but only recently visited on a Tuesday morning. Nice decor theme, and the food was enjoyable. The only issue I had was the lack of English Breakfast Tea, and the following two choices I made were also out of stock. Other than that, the place is certainly worth a visit. Expect to spend almost $100 for a three-tiered setting with two pots of tea. Well worth the price.

Cute & vibrant tea house serving a fun high tea & brunchy food. Great selection of teas & absolutely delicious Scones. Space is a bit cramped & menu is overpriced. Prepare to spend atleast a couple of hours feasting over that carby bread tower & deep conversations.

A pleasant place with intriguing decor.
We had soup with half a sandwich, tea, and a scone. Everything was delicious!
However, the prices are very high for what you get.

Warm and Great Blueberry Scones

Way overrated and the staff was not well-trained. We sat for 20 minutes and finally had to tell someone our order was never taken. Once we got the tea and desserts, things were missing and nobody came back to the table. Not worth the effort.

Charming place with interesting tea options. We stopped here with friends and enjoyed ourselves. We got some chai and a champagne tea.
