I understand this location is at a trains station so the mentality is non repeat business which is evident on how they prepare the sandwich , not enough deli meat , unseasoned . I don’t expect the people to work there to be gourmands but at least make an effort to make your customers happy. The owner should also read the reviews to address the inefficiencies . With inflation and people spending $20 , at least make it worth $20 not at best $10 ( this should never be compared to a subway but o see why someone did ).

Their gluten free bread is one of the worst we’ve ever had, virtually inedible it’s so dry.

Got the Gothamist on semolina bread 🍞, a pickle, and a bag of chips with rosemary and olive oil flavor. Oh, a canned Illy latte too. It was $38.34 with tax. The pickle was a small sliver and cost 75 cents. It did have some surprising heat to it. The sandwhich had a mild flavor and was fresh. The bread had a good texture. The pesto, 🍋lemon, and sundried tomatoe flavors were milder than expected. The rosemary of the chips was not very noticable. I am glad I got it in advance for supper for my 7 hour train ride 🚊. Better than the dining car options or nothing. Pretty expensive but it is NYC 🗽in a train station. You’re paying for convenience and location. My canned latte was needed on the ride too and I liked the flavor. The line was short and moved fast around noon on a Monday. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving directions of service. You get a pager after you pay- when it buzzes, you pick up your food in the next window. I recommend grabbing a cold sandwhich to go for long rides.

My sister in law highly suggested this place and it did NOT disappoint. As someone who has a severe gluten allergy, I loved how they took such great care and prepared my sandwich separated from the other sandwiches. Service was friendly and suggestions were on point. And surprisingly the best coffee in the train hall. 10/10 can’t wait to come back!

I had came here at the last min looking for a sandwich spot, my Friend recommended this spot for me. I am a picky eater. This is the best sandwich I had. I had ordered the “Alyssa” it’s delicious. It was worth every bite. I had came in at the last min. I was the last customer, They was still patiently waiting for me to order. For that I’m grateful cause it was a good choice the “Alyssa” definitely going back again especially to this location. Thank you crew🫡

It’s been two and a half hours since I stopped by to grab breakfast and a sandwich for the train ride and I can’t stop thinking about the exceptional service I received today. Very warm, friendly staff- helpful and sweet even though I asked probably dumb questions. Food is really yummy too- already scarfed my lunch Sammie down on this train. Thank you, Alidoro staff for being so nice to me this morning :)

Definitely recommend for those traveling or needing a quick bite. I grabbed La Nonna Bruchetta and waited less than 5 min. Good food and quick service.

The Maria was probably the best fast breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I went to this place because it was the only one without a line serving a breakfast sandwich, and when I approached I realized there was no line because they had just opened. So expecting to wait a couple minutes for them to get everything fired up, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they had just finished prepping the first sandwiches of the day. I’m well aware my sandwich may have been as good as it was because I got the first one of the day, but the eggs were so moist and fluffy they tasted like a soft scramble even though I know they’re just fast food eggs. The ham and cheddar were good quality as well, and the brioche bun was perfectly toasted. I never leave reviews but I loved this sandwich lol.

It is so annoying that I intended to go to Maman right next door & I thought to come here instead to try something new. I ordered the Giovanni and there was only 1 person ahead of me. But the wait maybe took 20 or so minutes. When I ate the sandwich it was not good. Subway is better. I didn’t taste any pesto like the ingredients suggest & when I went back to get more - the staff gave me a weird look. They ended up giving me a side and I realized it indeed is not pesto. It’s barely pesto mayo.
I was so unhappy with the sandwich I went next door and got another sandwich at Maman instead. Do not recommend.
