Really delicious sandwiches (my favorite is the spicy Enzo) but it always takes forever. they need a better system where they prioritize the people in person waiting in line (usually only 1 or two of us) over the online orders for pickup - since you can push those based on expected timing by a couple mins.

Regularly in this food court for lunch. Saw a group of guys eating amazing looking sandwich one day and the next time I was here had to try it. We got a hot one with the seeded bread. One of the best Italian sandwiches if my entire life. It was sooo good! I don't get all the hater reviews! Why??

Don't let the sign deceive you. Their menu says cold sandwiches and hot sandwiches. They do not mean warm. I got a very spicy sandwich. I ordered the fratelli which was also supposed to have mozzarella cheese on it which it did not.

So disappointed in the sandwich. Went out of my way to try it out, I paid $25 for a sandwich and drink only to be missing toppings that I paid for which I would have sucked up if the sandwich was good, but it wasn't.. it was more bread than meat and the bread was dry. Not what I was hoping for after craving an italian sub!

Place is a rip off they put very little meat and cheese in the sandwiches and the bread is entirely too soft - no good hard Italian bread, which we know is what makes a good Italian sandwich. Better off going to a normal deli and getting more meat for half the price. Stay away
Alidoro is awesome! I had their Fellini sandwich on Ciabatta bread, and it was delicious (as always)! Their team members, especially Megan and Ro, are also super nice. Such a great spot!

My friend is a regular here. Everyday when we are on the phone he stops to buy a sandwich! So when I visited him in NYC I had to try it. I loved the place. Being both Italian, we are very picky about Italian Sandwiches and this was a great experience! It became also my lunch place on the way to my friend's office! Well done guys! Bravi!

Megan & Ro & the whole team are so fast even during the lunch rush hour at the Hugh location but they always get it right. I couldn’t do their job with half their speed and quality. Even when the line is 20 people deep they move it along like they’re in the military. 5/5 I get the Alyssa everytime but my friends tell me everything hits equally

I had a cheesesteak sandwich after school, this place is gas. The meat is tender, the bread is very soft - overall the textures work so well. Pricing is justified, the quality of the food fresh and well put together. Hoping to try Enzo next time!
