When you travel to NYC, particularly Manhattan, either on business or as a tourist, you don't think of eating healthy. However, there are now several Whole Foods in Manhattan. They offer what other Whole foods across the country offer, a wide variety of healthy (as well as not-so-healthy) foods. Since this grocery store is in NYC, they have thrown in a NYC touch: the check-out line for self-checkout is really complicated. You wait in a long line and look for the color code of the line in which you are standing......... it takes a while to get used to it, but it is no doubt intended to deal with the store's being packed during certain hours of the day. Prices are relatively high, but this is NYC so that is to be expected.

Clean, cute little Korean-owned café with good wifi and decent outlets. The workers are very kind and respectful! I set up shop for work here during a slow time of the day so I felt like I had the place to myself. Nice vibe, and I am happy to support this café.
