Dined here for lunch and was immediately blown away by the beauty of this restaurant upon arrival. It’s really a gorgeous upscale venue. Food and service were both amazing. Didn’t get to try any cocktails since I had to return to work but I will make it a point to return for dinner so that I can get the full experience.

The staff at Allora was exceptional! From the moment my colleagues and I entered the restaurant until we left, the service was phenomenal. The atmosphere is exquisite, making it perfect for a date night or a large gathering. Every course—from appetizers to the main dish and dessert—exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back soon for another great dining experience.

Like something out of Kitchen Nightmares. Actually the worst service I’ve ever seen in restaurant anywhere in my life anywhere on earth. The staff were so incredibly confused and disorganized. It took them over an hour to get us a mozzarella appetizer, and almost another hour for two pasta dishes.
Multiple servers would keep coming to us and none of them had any clue nor seemingly service training. They never brought our two pasta dishes, and incredibly brought us the same two dishes again later and acted confused when we said we already ate and finished them. The couple next to us were cracking up because they were having the exact same experience.
The food and drinks were mid, and it makes me think the good reviews are from naive tourists.

We were staying at the Le Méridien and since the restaurant is inside the hotel, they offered breakfast to guests so we decided to check it out. Overall food was decent but the service was excellent, especially from the male server from Albania
We ordered the omelet which came with a variety of veggies and cheese included, and on the side came with potatoes and bread. We also got a side of fruit and potatoes. The side dishes were a bit expensive given the quantity but the taste was decent. The omelet was cooked well. We also got tea which was also good
Overall a good breakfast with decent flavor and excellent service; a bit overpriced though

Very disappointing. The dishes are very light compared to the prices displayed, without taxes of course. The staff is quite cold. I absolutely do not recommend.

Had very good food in Allora and the service and the ambience was sooo good. I enjoyed it.
First off I will go back. I ate ate a simple meal at the bar. Lee was a very attentive and friendly at the bar. The restaurant has nice table cloths, washrooms are very clean and service looks very proper. I had rigatoni bolognese (which was good) and bread (which seemed stale). My pasta portion was smallish which is fine but I was then looking forward to the bread. Maybe missing when I was there was someone pleasantly in charge lifting the feeling or workers and guests. I look forward to trying it again.
