June 2025! Excellent quite air conditioned beautiful bakery in the heart of Spanish Harlem where I was born and raised. The owner is wonderful, and the girls at the counter are amazingly kind❤️👍
This is a lovely little gem in the heart of East Harlem. Whenever I go here, there are always folks waiting and they leave pleased, which is a good sign. I like the variety in the offering of both sweet and savory pastries, all of which I've tried have been fresh and flavorful without being too greasy or stodgy. I recommend the sesame balls (my favorite) the mushroom and cheese buns and the egg tarts. I brought a selection of these home as a treat for my family and everyone...
