Excellent experience. Gluten free menu available upon request and staff modified a dish to meet dietary needs.

Decided last minute to make a late 8:30pm dinner reservation and the service, food, and drinks were delightful. Pasta and seafood were fresh and delicious.

We have often dined here and have always found everything to be just great. We have brought friends there for dinner. Everything is always delicious. We will continue to go there for an exceptional meal. Their tiramisu is divine!!

Have been coming here for brunch/lunch for the last 5 years. It never disappoints! I went for brunch a week ago and they had a menu of JUST egg dishes, all interesting ( and fab) and priced incredibly well. I'm thinking they may have their own chickens ! lol 🐣

Sorry - it was a busy night and maybe we caught them on a bad night. It happens - but the service was just non existent. The food was good, but we won't be back.

Altesi is our favorite downtown NYC Restaurant. The food is always perfect. The service is top shelf and the place has a great vibe.

Last minute dinner because flight was delayed. I was a little worried that we were able to get in as most all other places were booked up on a Friday night. Well, no worries here!! food was great, service was attentive. Overall had a great experience and enjoyed the food! Lasagna and Pasta alla Chitarrra were fantastic

The service was really very good and attentive. My starter (Arancini) was still slightly frozen on the inside. But it was immediately replaced with new ones. In terms of taste, well… then ordered mussels with fries. The fries were over-baked and tasted of rancid oil. The mussels were like bubble gum. I left everything behind.. A 1 liter bottle of mineral water costs 14 dollars!! Usury! All in all not recommended.

The food was okay nothing really special. The wine selection was not that good, ended up drinking a beer. The service was okay. I would say this place is good to go for a quick meal the carbonara was the best to eat.

Accoglienza ottima, servizio gentile ed attento Le orecchiette salsicce e broccoli buone ed il filetto al pepe verde non male Prezzo nella media

3 glasses of different wines and they were horrible. If you're into good wine, this is not the place for you.

Great experience at this longtime neighborhood restaurant. Excellent meal, friendly service, and reasonable prices.

We went there for restaurant week last year and enjoyed our meal there so we returned again this summer for the same.

Upon arrival I was warm from walking to the restaurant so I headed towards the inside. The server was very accommodating and proceeded to closing a couple of windows and upped the a/c for me.

The chianti was nice and not expensive at all.

Every dish was delicious except maybe the fish, which wasn't bad but tasted a bit fisher than I like it to.

The service was good and we enjoyed our meal there again. We'll be returning there again in the future.

PS I forgot to take a picture of the tiramisu when it was first served to us so that's not the original size of it.

Lovely evening with friends. The food, service and ambiance were all great. If I have anything negative to say it is only that choices for vegetarians for dinner are limited - but what there is - in addition to pastas and pizza - are wonderfully prepared and delicious.
