Love coming here so much! It's smack in the middle of my neighborhood, and it's a great place to get work done or just pop in for a quick treat. Coffee is first-rate, pastries are well selected. I especially love coming in on the weekends to see my two favorite baristas. A little gem in the Village; I like alternating between here and the Coppola Cafe across the street (which also deserves your business).
I never leave reviews, but I have been a regular at Amano for a long time and the service and coffee are always amazing. The barista, Rina, is so friendly - she always remembers my order and goes above and beyond to take care of me!
A friend and I came across this place randomly and stopped in for some small bites. The atmosphere is sophisticated and beautiful in golds and blacks—but somehow still feels cozy. We sat at the bar and received very attentive and friendly service. For food, we ordered the truffle fries, the black garlic hummus & veggies, and the charcuterie board. All three were absolutely fantastic. The hummus was especially delicious with so much flavor. We also each ordered a zero proof...
