My wife and I (tourists from Europe) tried this store to see the technology and be amazed… Amazon failed us both and counted extra products in our receipts. Appereantly it didn’t catch us putting the products back after checking it out. 100% fail rate for us out of 2 tries. We got our money back after complaining to customer service, but the tech didn’t amaze.

I came by the store at 11 AM on Saturday August 17. The store is closed for some reason, and after spending 10 minutes on the phone with Amazon, the agent checked Google Maps and saw it showed the store as open. Despite my report that it’s closed, she didn’t have any way to contact the store directly. How stupid!

Sent from Eastern Queens to here(Manhattan)to drop off a return, no other options made available to me despite 6 separate calls and chats with customer service. Pretty disgusting that this is how Amazon thinks it’ll get people to go to its lousy over priced convenience store.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. Nothing would make me happier than to see this place go out of business. I bought two items and got charged for five items. When I called customer service, they said they are not able to refund items from their stores. Also while shopping, I got a yogurt. I asked for a spoon since they were out of them and was dismissed. I had to go to a different store nearby to get a spoon to eat my yogurt.

Totally forgot to grab photos here but don’t let that stop you from going in to see what the world has come to. Really freaky technology to be honest and I wish they would stop. I tapped my card and then left with my items. It feels like stealing which I don’t like at all. Bring the cashier back!

It's better than the one on Church St. even though it's smaller. There's just a better clientele here. At times the Freestyle machine is missing options but you can't remotely come close to $1.29 for this much soda anywhere nearby. The prices on the candy bars and chips are also better than anywhere including across the Winter Garden in Hudson Eats. Come here, and bring the food over there.
