Very convenient to have in the lobby, but the coffee machine often out of items and out of order early in the morning. Also sometimes still locked at 6:30 am. Again today latte machine inoperable. This store needs new management

Some of the food is expired. Check dates. I called Amazon customer service and emailed a pic and went back and they were still selling the same expired food. Otherwise it's a good place for returns and certain purchases.

The security guard on May 26th, 2025, had a terrible attitude - rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He acted like he owned the place. Not fit for the job.

The guy with the mullet is always very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Always come on the weekends he’s here. Always professional customer service 10/10

Extremely awful customer service. When I tried to return products to Amazon, I waited for at least 15 minutes for the staff to scan my code. They acted slowly in purpose because they dont want their job and even go to drink a coke before come to the desk. Their attitude was so poor, they threw things heavily in front of me. No one owes them. This is ridiculous. Is this how you trained your staff to treat customers like that? I suggest to hire staff that are more willing to do their job. or at least give them a training. This is like a joke.

This Amazon Go store has a great atmosphere and is in an excellent location, surrounded by popular clothing brands, restaurants, and coffee shops. However, it can be hard to find for first-time visitors. It would be helpful if the management could place a sign outside Westfield Mall to make it easier for new visitors to locate. The staff were casually chatting when I walked in, which made it seem like an easy job for them. Honestly, in a nearly fully automated store like this, it feels like having so many employees isn’t really necessary.

How to Get There Quickly:
If you're coming from NJ via PATH to the WTC station or taking the subway to WTC in Manhattan, follow the signs toward Westfield Mall after exiting the train. Stay inside the building to avoid the summer heat or winter cold. Walk straight ahead until you see several escalators. Take the escalators up, continue walking forward, and look for the Nike store on your right—Amazon Go is located directly upstairs from Nike.

Staff never to be seen. When around, extremely annoyed if you dare ask a question. Hot food always out. Wait forever to make a return. This place sucks!!

Update. New staff it seems like. Much better!!

Worst customer service ever experienced. The two employees there were basically unwilling to answer questions, rolled their eyes, and were chatting and generally yelling obscenities with no care for the customers who were in the store. It was a truly bizarre experience.

Awful customer service.
Just impossible to purchase Amazon gift card because the associates simply don’t want to do their job.
There were three of them just talking each other, but when I asked for help - their manager pushed me out of the shop!

During my stay in NY I used this place, it's really fantastic and you can find everything here.

My wife and I (tourists from Europe) tried this store to see the technology and be amazed… Amazon failed us both and counted extra products in our receipts. Appereantly it didn’t catch us putting the products back after checking it out. 100% fail rate for us out of 2 tries. We got our money back after complaining to customer service, but the tech didn’t amaze.

Good selection for a store of its size. Great prices.

I came by the store at 11 AM on Saturday August 17. The store is closed for some reason, and after spending 10 minutes on the phone with Amazon, the agent checked Google Maps and saw it showed the store as open. Despite my report that it’s closed, she didn’t have any way to contact the store directly. How stupid!

Sent from Eastern Queens to here(Manhattan)to drop off a return, no other options made available to me despite 6 separate calls and chats with customer service. Pretty disgusting that this is how Amazon thinks it’ll get people to go to its lousy over priced convenience store.
