No one is ever at the returns counter. Impossible to return things.

People working at this store have serious attitude problems…

It's better than the one on Church St. even though it's smaller. There's just a better clientele here. At times the Freestyle machine is missing options but you can't remotely come close to $1.29 for this much soda anywhere nearby. The prices on the candy bars and chips are also better than anywhere including across the Winter Garden in Hudson Eats. Come here, and bring the food over there.

Pretty store, good location. A guy that works there came off very vexed I guess those are the side effects of working for Bezos company.

Quick food and drink options. Perfect if you work in the building and need lunch quickly.

Sales associate is never there to accept returns. 3rd time this has happened.

Aaah, if only this convenience store was around when I actually worked directly above it many, many years ago. This Amazon Go outlet is smaller than ones I've seen in San Francisco and Washington that are veritable grocery stores, yet covers many bases, whether ready-made breakfast sandwiches sitting in hot cases; a self-serve soda fountain; mostly pre-packaged snacks, meals, and salads; and fridges and shelves with more snacks and drinks. There were no staff when I stopped by, so you scan in with your Amazon app, pick your goodies all while zillions of cameras watch your every move, and then walk out the same gates, with a receipt emailed to you after the fact. Super convenient stuff for super busy people on the go.

The home of probably the best coffee deal in New York City, a large Starbucks espresso drink (from a machine) for $2.89 is hard to beat in the city. Also, I love the no hassle, walk in, walk out technology when you need something quick. I hear they are slowly closing Go stores around the country but I hope they find a way to stick around, it is so convenient, clean, and affordable!

They do not close at 8 someone said they leave by 7:30 everyday so they need to update this

The microwave was broken and the employee was rude and unhelpful. I wasted a lunch & $7 because the person working there couldn't be bothered. The store is a cool concept though.

One turnstile not working, despite amazon customer service assuring me I would not have trouble getting in my app says I still owe Amazon money which is not the case. Hey Amazon, consider hiring cashiers like everywhere else and stop cutting corners at every step to try to make things cheaper. Technology is good when it works but frustrating when it consistently does not work. All I came in to do today was make an amazon return which I couldnt get in with my app because it still says I owe amazon money which again is not the case and it required a physical debit card to get in. My turnstile didnt work and I spent 5 minutes just trying to get through the turnstile to get in. News flash. Every other grocery in the world you just walk in, how is this easier or better?

I'm from Germany and tested it during my vacation. it was designed very cool. you need a credit card and off you go. Prices were okay - I can't really judge.

The shopping experience is ok, the online return experience is bad, no employee shows up after ringing the bell multiple times, waste of my time, consider another location if it’s for returning.
