So many items in the store are always out of stock. Not only is this inconvenient for shopper, whoever owns this place is losing money as well.

The black girl was incredibly rude and didn't offer any customer serve, it's not the first time and the manager has to do something about it. The black guy on the other hand a wonderful employee, incredibly nice and helped out a lot.

I had a wonderful experience at this store! The cleanliness was immediately noticeable. I like when I walk into the store everything was well-organized and spotless. I was especially impressed with the quality of service I received from Shaun. He was welcoming. Also, he was attentive, professional, and went out of his way to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Speaking of which, the food item I came in for was in stock and easy to locate, which made my day even better.

Amazon GO is like a futuristic convenience store, and I’m super excited about the potential for this to become more common in the future, especially with the advancement of AI. The idea is so cool - when you walk into the store, you just scan your app or scan the palm of your hand or insert your credit card and start shopping. How convenient is that?
I’ve always had a great experience here. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. I’ve been coming here a lot for years, I don’t have complains.
There were snacks, water bottles, and coffee makers everywhere. The whole store was full of sensors and cameras to keep an eye on you. There were no tellers at the checkout counter. Instead, you’ll get a pending transaction when you leave.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this store doesn’t meet the same fate as the others in Manhattan. I really hope Amazon doesn’t let it shutdown all the project
