Used to be the best place to get sushi on the go. Now they sky rocketed the prices and the quality went 6 feet under. Can’t even pick up the sushi without it falling apart now and the rice always tastes stale. I hate amazon go now.

4 people were waiting to return items before work and the person working there ignored us until she finished restocking items. 2 of us asked her if she was working the returns counter and she ignored us.

Both Google and the sign on the store door says they're open 10am - 6pm on Sundays. Arrived at 4.30pm and the doors were locked and nobody was there. Will shop elsewhere in future as you can't trust their opening hours anymore

Arrived at 11:45am and the store's doors were locked, the lights were on and I waited about 15 minutes. The store is supposed open at 10 am, this was the 2nd Amazon Go I visited today, that said they were opened Sundays, but were closed.
Cool experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. We went in the afternoon, so a lot of the prepared foods were already sold out. The fountain drinks were a great deal and we were billed accurately for our visit. Looking forward to trying it out again elsewhere!

I have been to many Amazon Go stores and experienced exactly what I expected. I just came in for a refreshing drink and a snack and that was exactly what I got. I will say that Google maps has this store located on the opposite end of the building then where it was actually located. There are plenty of signs to direct you where to go though.

Came here to get some coffee before work and the machine was broken. Asked for some help from the man with orange dyed hair and hoodie, he made eye contact with me and then walked away. I pressed the help button again and he looked at me like I had horns on my head. I asked for help with the machine and he nodded and walked away back to the back room.

This is my first time experiencing Amazon go for returning here.First my understanding of Amazon go is an unmanned store that customers do everything by themselves and that’s what I did in in the store.Second there is nothing else but the instructions of return process along with other return packages in the counter. Third there is enough reason to think the staff there doesn’t want to help because they placed the “need an assistant” at the corner of the counter and it takes 5 minutes for them show up.I figured out the return process eventually and I was helping another person who also got confused for the return.Finally the staff came and the first word he said was “Ma’am you can’t stand here” with impatience attitude like I will be paid from his paycheck because I did his job—helping customers.
