Ambrosia Meals (Meal Prep Delivery + Catering)

one of the best decisions ive made for myself, i was struggling to find & eat quality food when i didnt have time to grocery shop & cook. the meals are always fresh, delicious and filling. my body feels good after eating this food… so grateful.

Large servings of tasty, high quality, FULLY ORGANIC food, without icky seed oils etc. it’s actually really hard to find organic meal delivery (usually it’s just one or two ingredients). Lexi was great to work with, very accommodating, and the food was perfect and filling.

If you're even thinking about using this company—don’t. There are far too many reputable prepared food services out there to waste your time or money here. The food is genuinely awful, and speaking with Lexi,who I can only assume is either the customer service rep or, frighteningly, the owner, was a masterclass in how not to handle a complaint. She was dismissive, lacked even the most basic problem-solving skills, and made it painfully clear that customer satisfaction is nowhere on their priority list. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away

Ambrosia Meals is a fantastic company - I've been a customer for ~1 year and will remain so for as long as I am in NYC. The food is delicious, always delivered with care, and the prices are super reasonable. If you're reading this and in market for meal prep delivery, give them a try! Highly recommend.

This company is amazing! My partner and I have trouble finding time to cook at home during the week and we end up ordering out a lot. Ambrosia Meals is our saving grace - the food freezes easily and heats up in just a few minutes. So many of the meal delivery services are mass produced/packages and don't taste great, but Ambrosia meals are so good, even when they've been frozen and thawed. The founder, Lexi, is super helpful in providing the macros, which makes it easy for us to stay on track. These meals are worth every penny!

Ambrosia Meals have been an absolute game changer for me. I made a 2024 resolution to follow a whole food, anti inflammatory diet filled with single ingredient, unprocessed foods. Ambrosia made achieving this much easier. Additionally, I wanted my proteins to be grass fed, organic and wild caught which are all standard with Ambrosia Meals. For someone who does not enjoy cooking, I enjoy the ease of simply heating and eating these delicious and nutritious meals.

Ambrosia meal delivery service is the best in NYC. Lexi, the owner, is incredibly responsive and willing to make special meals with specific macros. She’s also able to take into account dietary aversions and preferences. I can’t say enough good things about Ambrosia!

Ive been a signature meal prep/a La carte customer for about a month with instant results. My original correspondence with Lexi gave me a lot of confidence there would be high touch service and there is. She can immediately differentiate the product vs others in the space that are toxic and obscure the facts. I have my own dietician but her knowledge is apparent in the menu design. The food is very high quality and lasts Tuesday evening through Sunday for me. Nutrition is 80% of the battle especially with weight loss - don’t kid yourself. This service makes accomplishing your goals that much easier. For me it’s a no brainer to achieve a caloric deficit and supplement with other healthy snacks.

All her food is not only made to order but taste better then some of the 4 star restaurants around here. Looking forward to my next dinner.
