Not so good: small/thin steaks, under seasoned. We ordered 2x rib eye, strip (slightly overcooked, ask for rare) and tomahawk (cooked right).

It was my first time in NYC, and wanted to treat my girlfriend to a good restaurant. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the food at American Cut Tribeca. The waiter, Rares Adrian, was excellent: highly professional and knowledgeable, he greatly enhanced the experience. Our steaks were done perfectly and were delicious. The brass knuckle potatoes were also great. The atmosphere is very nice; it is a classy restaurant. I will definitely come back, and highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for great steak in a classy setting. Thank you!

Whilst the food was amazing, the wine exquisite, the real highlight of the evening was our waitress Liz. Attentive, entertaining, knowledgable, energetic, she ticked all the boxes. She is a real asset to American Cut and whilst we’re from the UK, if we ever come back to NYC we will be straight back to dine with Liz again!

Beautiful, classy, delicious steakhouse on Greenwich St. The perfect ambiance for date night or even night out with the girls. Service is impeccable. We had the porterhouse steak - so much that we had to take some home. The jalapeño mashed potatoes were had a lot of kick and we loved it. Mushrooms also delicious. Ended with a yummy Cracker Jack sundae. It’s pricey so you can always try to go during restaurant week if you want to try it out!

This place was unable to accommodate our wants and needs, we ask to speak to a manager, we spoke to 2 managers and both of them were unwilling to accommodate us. We mentioned them that we drove over 2 1/2 hours to get to them, we were celebrating a very special occasion. All we wanted was to get some appetizers for our table while six of us decided what to eat, and they said NO. 4 people were new to this place, and we were starving. Even so they said, “Sorry we can’t do that, you to give us your entire food order if you want food” Our check was over $2300
