We were standing for 30 min to make the order. No one was in the line. But no one cared about taking the order. Finally when it was time to close they said they will take only one order. Masala dosa tastes really good. But masala tea was not good at all. They served us all the junk at the bottom of their tea container.

We ordered masala dosa, gulab jamun, aloo paratha and aloo samosa. The dosa was great though the masala was very cold but tasty. Gulab jamun and aloo paratha was horrible. Don't recommend. The aloo samosa and service was average.

This was on Wednesday 07/10/24 .My experience at [Ammi] was disappointing and unprofessional. Upon entering, I was not acknowledged by the cashier at the counter. Furthermore, I noticed that the person handling food preparation was not wearing a hair net, which is a basic hygiene requirement in any food establishment. This lack of hygiene is concerning and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the cashier's demeanor was rude and unhelpful when I tried to place my order. Their attitude was unwelcoming and left a negative impression throughout my visit.
Overall, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene practices and the poor customer service at [Ammi]. I would not recommend dining here until these issues are addressed.
