Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Staff is RUDE. For the prices, I would think you could muster a decent attitude. Sad I came, and even sadder I tipped. Skip or try the Lincoln Center location.
The gelato was delicious as always. The system, cleanliness, and the staff were just okay. My server was nice. There were two girls who just seemed to make strange line rules up arbitrarily and then clearly chatted about patrons while serving. I get it. It's near Times Square and the servers are young...I was in the area, but would suggest going to a different location for gelato.

This is the best gelato in NYC. You will feel like you are in Italy.

Cool coffee shop with a great vibe in the heart of New York. The coffee and dessert were fine—nothing extraordinary, but the atmosphere made it a nice spot to relax.
