The ice cream melted and I asked to change it but it didn't. I had a stomachache all day after eating it. The working environment is very dirty and the floor is full of garbage.
Oldie but goodie
Best Gelato in the city. Highly recommend.
Amarena is one of my favorite 😍
Best gelato in NYC!
Gelato is good but system is to pay at computer - 2 people serving and 20 prepaid people waiting to actually get their gelato (while 1 of the 2 serving is focused on filling boxes) doesn’t make for a great experience but rather an interminable wait. They should warn it’s a 30 minute wait after paying to be served.
The manager was rude and insisted we don’t eat our small salads even though we had ordered 4 desserts for our kids.
We would have ordered more desserts if the manager had not been so aggressive.
New ordering system is awful
So good! Would definitely go back. ☺️
Edited to add: Yes, of course! I was in the city this week for a short trip and was looking for a new hot chocolate spot. The Italian hot chocolate I ordered had the consistency of chocolate pudding and was divine! The gelato macarons were delicious too!

Prompt service after tablet screen order.
The gelato we tried was great and everyone there appeared to be enjoying their orders also.

The gelato was delicious, but this place is an excellent example of how technology is making our world less habitable. I came here when they first opened before they had the electronic self-checkout kiosks. I came back with two friends and after waiting at the counter for 15 minutes, the workers who were incredibly busy told us to use the kiosk and that we needed to order before trying our gelatos. We ordered and then were told we shouldn’t have picked our flavors at the kiosk. The process was confusing. It made our experience less hospitable, and it made the customers treat the employees with less respect. As good as the gelato
was, I won’t be returning because the experience alone ruined my dessert.
First of all, I’ve never leaved any reviews on google map but this time I have to. I was expecting a gelato flower but just look what I have got! What is this ball right in the center? I’ve looked over gelato flower pictures from Amorino all over the internet but none of them look like what I have got. I thought it was okay before I left the store but turns out that it really MATTERS! This has ruined my mood for the day, I bought it just for the lovely shape!
