ordered takeout as usual. and have to write this review to commemorate that on this date september 20th 2025, the last night of summer, with the autumnal equinox almost upon us, we received the best, most incredible sushi ever. the miso soup was all one could wish for. the tempura appetizer and edamame were top tier and the complimentary spring rolls positively raised the roof. our most sincere compliments to the chefs.

My favorite sushi spot in the neighborhood! I used to always order delivery, but recently I’ve started picking up my orders instead. The service is always friendly, and the sushi is fresh and expertly made. Best of all, the prices are unbeatable for the quality. The only thing I’d ask for is a little extra soy sauce, but otherwise, highly recommend!

It’s my second time takeout and this place is rapidly becoming my favorite sushi spot in the neighborhood. They’re friendly and super fast, they have a large selection of rolls in the menu (not too big but they taste great!) and specials like Any 3 Rolls for 15,50$ and Any 2 Rolls for 11$. The place is fairly small but clean and convenient and they do deliveries, pickup and eat in (only three tables though) with good service and quality food.

These people took my money, I placed an uber order which was cancelled on July 5th, 4 days later the money was debited even though the order was cancelled! Uber can't do anything because it's been 4 days. But how could I have known before? To avoid this place I am very disappointed
First time customer. Found the place strolling the neighborhood one afternoon. Sushi box that a chef was making behind the counter impressed me immediately, and how clean and very neat things were, so I wanted to give this place a try. With two booth at the premises and people there, I opted to pick up the menu for later delivery. Order for two via their website: Age Tofu, Takoyaki, Sushi Regular with miso soup, and Dancing Eel Roll. Everything looked good, and tasted fresh and amazingly delicious, my mouth didn’t want to stop. Sushi rice to fish proportions were generous yet perfectly bite sized. Delivery person was cordial and nice. Cash to driver was the only option via restaurant website, but payment details are laid out clearly and it was easy to adjust the order or tip to match the cash I had on hand. Ordering online was super easy, and arrived earlier than expected. I will be glad to purchase again, and also consider Amsterdam Sushi for catering.
