Outrageously overpriced. Like to a shocking degree. $18/lb for buffet food. They charge $10 for a tiny Caesar salad and the employees refuse to give you extra dressing. Whole Foods across the street is much better value with better service.

Man at the bar was one of the rudest bartenders I've ever encountered. At one point he yelled at me, bordering on assault.

A fine example of the latest midtown craze: rip off the tourists. Mediocre food, overpriced, ordered from your cell phone (with a request for a tip before you ever see a server), and presented with airplane-style plastic cutlery. Stay away.

Just terrible, what a tourist trap!!! Took 15 minutes to get one tap beer and that's after I tipped them. A tip before an order is basically a bribe. Food was cold, expensive and average. Just avoid it, you can do better buying a drink ans a sandwich in a deli for a third of the cost.
