My advice to try this restaurant comes from a good experience. The waitstaff was excellent and the place had style. The employees show pride in both service and products. This restaurant gives you your money's worth. The staff is friendly, the restaurant maintains order and I plan to dine again.

Andre's Hungarian Strudels and Pastries holds the top spot among restaurants I frequent. They provide quality meats and produce with ample portions. No delay in getting a table and employees are speedy! This spot surprised me with its excellence. Every aspect shows quality and care.

The lady behind the counter was nice, but the strudel I bought was clearly made days ago. The taste was average at best. The place doesn't sell much in the way of drinks, and I couldn't get bottled water. Interior decor and upkeep is minimal.

Great linzer cookies, butter cookies and cherry strudel. I mean great.

Delicious
unlike quality bakeries, this one has no problem selling stale food. Make sure to ask what is fresh or you will probs get stuck. Also, overall quality of their desserts is poor. Don't bother with this place

The strudels, cookies and rugelach are still good although sometimes not as fresh. The quality is variable. The staff is no longer Hungarian but they seem to be continuing the same recipes with uneven results.

Ordering Andre's for delivery to CA has been a nightmare and not something I will repeat.
I placed an order a month ago and it still has not arrived. After many unanswered emails and phone calls, the answer from ownership was "sounds like it got lost with FedEx; that's your problem and not mine." Pretty despicable business practices.

The old store was great- but not this one. Their croissant is not edible. It went to the garbage can. I wonder if they are using real butter. The croissant was not flaky and airy. It was stiff and didn’t taste anything like a real croissant. Very sad!
