Even though we made a reservation we were given a table where we could see into the bathroom. It was terrible. The appetizer was dry and tasteless. The main course was good. I will never go back.

This was the first restaurant I visited off the plane from Texas. I’ve never been north before, never been to New York. The food was good. The waitstaff were weirdly snobby. I was very confused, as I’ve never experienced this before! What a first impression of New York. I won’t be returning and I won’t be recommending. In the south, we’re friendly and welcoming with our customers. It doesn’t matter if you’re an employee, manager, or the owner. The waitstaff did not make me feel welcome. I was quiet the whole time and said please and thank you, so I don’t understand what the issue was. I hope their day gets better! I know it’s rough right now.
