This place transports me to childhood meals with my family - only vegan. I don’t know how they work their magic on these flavors and textures that make them so authentic and wildly delicious - but I’m glad they do. I stay in Chelsea every time I’m in NYC so I can grab a meal here. The service is friendly, the drinks are interesting and tasty, and the interior is gorgeous. Love this place.

I had a great experience at Anixi. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Our waiter, Kevin Melgar, was especially attentive and made the night even better with his spot-on recommendations — we ended up loving every dish he suggested.

We had the absolute best time at Anixi. Our food was delicious and both my friend and I enjoyed every bite. And our cocktail was amazing! We were surprised to hear our server, Adriana Lucia, had only worked there for a few weeks, she was a seasoned pro - knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, kind, welcoming and fun. Even both hostesses we spoke with were friendly and warm! This isn’t just a great “vegan” restaurant. It is hands down one of the best restaurants in the city!

We got the brunch sampler & date cake for dessert, it was a wonderful feast & our server Kevin was great. This place is beautiful inside, marble, sparkles & fine detailing. It is a bit expensive, as one would wxpect from a fancy place.
Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. Slow service. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-03

I’m not a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, but I’m a fan of Anixi. That’s how good they are. House made loaf and artisan pita goes well with any mezze. Chicken kabab hits the right spot. All the desserts were just heavenly. Highly recommended! Updated from previous review on 2025-12-12
I came here for the Khachapuri. It was my main reason and it did not disappoint. The flavors were outstanding, the texture perfect and it was incredible how the chef took the concept of egg and kept the good parts but made it better! Both in flavor and compassion. The rest of our meal was also delicious we had the trio of dips and they were all good but the eggplant was our favorite. The Za‘atar pita bread was perfect. It was a wonderful experience!
Although on the pricier side, I only have nice things to say about this restaurant. Great food, love the skewers, the mixed grilled platter, and the chocolate & date cake
The food was superb and the ambiance was lovely. Our server couldn't have been nicer.
We came here for my husband’s birthday and had such a great experience! The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and our food came out quickly. I highly recommend getting the whipped ricotta dip — it’s incredible. Also, the Ricotta & Spinach Börek Rolls are an absolute must. We also tried the kebab platter, and the tofu-mushroom skewer was especially delicious. For dessert, the ekmek kataifi was a fun surprise — unlike anything I’ve had before, and definitely worth trying! Updated from previous review on 2025-11-04
