I ordered a small shish kebab and ayran It came out to 20$!!!!! They wanted a too ofc I waited 25 min ! I was the only one customer Then I have received this … This is pathetic for nyc ! 4 little chicken pieces .. for 20$?! When I go to Turkish places I get a huge meal for this $ It’s insane So no recommend .

Stopped in for a meal at Ankara Turkish Restaurant and really enjoyed it. The falafel was especially good – crispy on the outside and flavorful inside. Everything tasted fresh, and the seasoning was spot on. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. Would definitely come back to try more dishes.

This place has FANTASTIC lamb. Their hummus is made fresh daily and their portions are some of the best that I've seen for the money.
Just ate delicious lunch here. Chicken shish with perfectly cooked rice plus salad. Excellent value and delightful service. Will be going again, definitely.

I can never complain going here. There’s not a lot of good doner spots in the city. Ankara always scratches the itch. Their bread is very good which I think makes the difference. Prices are fair. And you can get beer. Open until 3am. All good stuff.
