For some reason it's hard to find Mexican restaurants in Manhattan that serve red beans instead of black and also have Chile Rellenos (one of my fave dishes) on the menu. This olace has both! The Chile Rellenos came with a big plate of rice and beans and side of warm corn tortillas-all for only 13$! Also they have a small size guacamole which is nice when you're eating alone as I was. I also got a horchata. Everything was really good very authentic. Don't go here for atmosphere or margaritas as it's a small utilitarian space and no bar. But if you're looking for a neighborhood place with good solid food and great prices be sure to try it out! Service was quick also
I have been here a few times. The food is really good. My only complaint is small portions. Plus no rice and beans with entree. For example if you order a steak entree all you get is tortillas. That's like ordering Chinese food and not getting rice. So after you order the rice and beans seperately you're paying over $20 for something for which you will also have no leftovers. I'm 5 foot 2 + 115 lbs. I clean the plate. American people don't like small portions.

The best Mexican food in upper Washington Heights (maybe lower too I haven't inspected). I order the chicken quesadilla and it is so good. The guacamole is fresh and you get a lot. I pay a lot to get it delivered because I'm kind of far and it's always worth it.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, they are so unprofessional here , and the costumer service is just terrible . So this people send my order elsewhere and never sent me anything they didn’t even call to say that I’m waiting for 2 hours and when I call the lady on the phone doesn’t even have the decency to apologize . Terrible business

I literally love this spot it's the best place ever the tacos hit every single time and the service people are so kind.
Delicious food. Never had a bad dish. Great bang for the buck. Enchiladas with beef and green sauce is sooooo good.Highly recommend.
