Unfortunately, our group had a really bad experience here. First we entered into a room where the karaoke machine was broken. The staff attempted to fix it for a while, more than five minutes, and then determined that it cannot be fixed. We were told that there were no other rooms available after which we said we will just leave and find another karaoke. We had already ordered one drink when we entered, and we asked politely whether that could be refunded and that’s when an awful encounter began. All we had asked was whether the drink is eligible for the refund given that we ordered it expecting the karaoke to work, and then the staff started to insult one of us, being very aggressive, yelling about how we don’t understand basic rules. All the other staff members were just watching while the aggressive encounter was happening. We ended up paying for the drink, which by the way we would have happily done if it was the policy, but left with a bad taste in our mouth.
I can't recommend it here, and I definitely am not going back. We had a good time, but that was because we made it good for ourselves. Buckle up for this one...
First of all, you're adding songs to a YouTube playlist and making it karaoke by adding the word "karaoke" to the end of your youtube song search... Years ago, when they remodeled, they had this YouTube thing, but they said it was a temporary thing until they get their karaoke system up and running again - well, it's years later and it's still that.
Beyond that, they have music blasting right outside the karaoke rooms like it's a club. However, the doors aren't very soundproof, so the blasting music is sometimes much louder than the karaoke. I don't even know why the music outside the rooms is so loud, the space there is a tight corridor so it's not like people can comfortably hang out and enjoy the club-like ambience they're tying to create.
Lastly, the microphones are very low volume and glitchy - so soft you can barely hear yourself through them. You have to angle the microphone just right for it to pick up your voice on the system.
Overall, we were very let down by how far the quality has dropped here and won't be returning. I hope they make some adjustments as there are too many good karaoke options within a 5-minute walk of this spot for it to be such a misstep.
We made the mistake of going without a reservation on Halloween weekend. $600 minimum and the rooms looked small. They have a bar area but there was only one bartender at 11pm so service was slow. The bar area was also almost completely empty. Maybe it would have been better on another night. 3 stars
Edit: so we went back, turns out it’s actually always bad! Dropping the rating to 1 star
Made a reservation for 9:00 and we showed up and they made a mistake and booked us for 9:30 (we showed them our confirmation text and they said it was an employee input issue). We came back, ordered drinks, they forgot to bring us our drinks. To top it off, there’s a $100 minimum per room for food/drink, but oh wait, they weren’t serving food. Pick quite literally anywhere else nearby for karaoke. Not worth it.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Anytime Karaoke is an absolute disaster from top to bottom. The management is a joke, the staff is rude as hell, and the entire operation feels like it’s being run by people who have never worked a day in customer service.
We booked a room in advance, but when we got there, they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. Instead of fixing their mistake, the workers gave us straight-up attitude, like it was our fault they can’t keep track of reservations. After arguing back and forth, they finally put us in a room—one that was smaller than what we actually paid for. When we pointed that out, they just shrugged and walked away. No apology, no attempt to fix it, just pure disrespect.
And don’t even get me started on the service. Want a drink? Be prepared to wait forever while the employees stand around doing nothing. Ask a question? Enjoy the eye-roll and passive-aggressive response. Oh, and they tried to overcharge us at the end of the night—no explanation, just tacked on extra fees and expected us not to notice.
This place is a scam with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The workers have zero manners, zero professionalism, and zero clue how to run a business. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else
Um… this isn’t a karaoke. Especially not one that should cost hundreds of dollars. Its a monitor with access to youtube where you can look up background music. Yea.. just do it at home and you’ll have a better experience lol.

They will charge you 25% gratuity without explicitly telling you. They will interrupt your karaoke session as many times as they want trying you to buy more drinks and will try and kick you out 15 minutes bigger your actually done with your session.
It’s Anytime Karaoke but opens at 5pm…
At first coming up the stairs we were a little afraid but once we reached the place we were greeting and made to feel like family. We had drinks, food, and of course the music. The drinks are amazing especially the lychee and the food was okay. I had truffle fries and dumplings; it did its job. Definitely would come back.
Also it isn't really a traditional karaoke type because it's really YouTube but it's nice to have all of your people on one place having a good time.

Waitstaff are nice but the overall setup is just awful. Super loud waiting area, you can hear Mexican club music louder than the songs you chose coming through the walls. Impossible to hear your own music. Mic setup is non-existent. Songs are all off YouTube (which wasn't bad).

Was a bit disappointed. We had our work department holiday party there. Food is very expensive for the amount received. The popcorn tofu was very tasty, though. All songs have to be searched on YouTube, the music was very loud, and the microphones were not, so it was difficult to hear the singer. No coat racks or places to put personal items in the room. The venue had the atmosphere of a frat house that is not well taken care of or cleaned. Maybe if we arrived drunk, it wouldn't have mattered as much.

My experience at Anytime Karaoke was… strange to say the least. Firstly, it’s $15/person per hour which isn’t terrible but also isn’t great. Theres a GIANT speaker in the hallway RIGHT outside the karaoke rooms B L A R I N G music at all times so good luck hearing yours. Secondly, there is no way to change the volume on your own. You have to go get the bartender to do it for you which is extremely inconvenient and very strange. My wife and I sang for an hour and when we went out to pay, we were handed a bill with an almost THIRTY PERCENT gratuity added automatically. To be clear we did not eat or drink anything. We were in the room alone for an hour. When I explained to the bartender that I will not be tipping him for simply existing, he said ‘I told you about it when you came in’. ????? No babe you didn’t. You suggested that I tip to total 40. I did not respond. So I go to pay $35 (which would’ve given him a $2.20 tip. Which is completely unecessary as again, HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING) and he fully refused it. He made us leave without paying even when I insisted that I’m not going to ‘steal’ the experience I had there. They use a YouTube system which is great because you can sing literally whatever you want but nothing else is. NOT. WHEELCHAIR. ACCESSABLE. YOU HAVE TO CLIMB FOUR FLIGHTS TO GET THERE.
Overall: There are much better karaoke rooms in k-town to visit with transparent pricing and good customer service. I would not recommend this one.
We had multiple technical difficulties in our room where the sound cut out and had to get a worker to assist. The mics are very soft so you cant really hear yourself when using them. You are also using YouTube to put in songs and the system did not allow you to create an automatic queue.
We paid $30 per hour for room (their advertised rate) but for every hour you also have a $30 dollar minimum spend on food and drink. They included tip on your bill without informing you (even for small parties.) We only realized when we asked for an itemized bill because the price felt wrong.
Later we heard other parties being quoted a $100 per hour with a $100 minimum.
Two of the workers were really rude when there was a miscommunication on how long we could have a room which really left a poor taste in our mouth.
Also it’s a third floor walk up as an fyi for anyone concerned about accessibility.
We had a reservation for one hour. Was forced to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $50. Fine. We arrived on time, but took a few minutes to get settled and handle which card was paying for the drinks. The music outside of the room was SO loud. We could hear it throughout our entire time. The drink minimum per hour plus gratuity was ridiculous considering the service we received was so cold. The server interrupted our singing just to make her last call announcement, and she interrupted our singing a few other times. Once the reservation time was up, the music cut off and the iPad was disabled. We were in the middle of our final song. No grace period to have a good ending.
So overall: overpriced, cold service, would never go here again and would recommend people to stay away. Plenty of better spots in the same area.

I tried to confirm my friend and I's appointment and the man refused to answer my question because it was under my friend's name. Which I understand. They don't give out private information. So I asked if they email a confirmation when it is close to the room reservation and he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence and told me I was a person trying to invade someone else's party. They have very bad customer service. We are not going here anymore. I suggest people find a different karaoke places if they can. That's my best advice.
Just an update. They emailed me a very angry email the information I wanted to know about emailing before the appointment. I appreciate the extra effort they put in to contact me again but I do wish they would have been less rude.
We had the worst bar tender I possibly have ever had at any bar in my life. Migael was the worst bartender I have ever had in my life, he was rude borderline disrespectful. Didn’t care about any of the group needs, issues, the room was hot as hell, service with a smile? Nope, “what do you want?” Was how you were greeted, had to go to the bar for service even though service for room was advertised. Nasty nasty attitude, from the moment we arrived to the time we left. At one point was more concerned with mopping and cleaning up then tending to guests. No thank you EVER in the whole experience, no personality, basically ruined a big part of my partners birthday, ripping people off with a 25% gratuity? For what? My friends asked to leave a message on the wall like 100s of others did and he said, “naw that’s a weekend thing.” Talk about an experience ruined. I will literally never go back and he should never work in hospitality, like anywhere, life is hard and so are jobs and he doesn’t deserve one.
