Yes. This is it. The paragon of cheap street food. It's $10, it's a bowl of rice and meat, and some toppings. Exactly what we need more of: simple food, heavy on cheap carbs for when you just need a quick, savory, SATISFYING bite. My stomach is growling. It's not blazing fast, maybe 10 minutes in and out? But that's acceptable to me.I do wish the bowls were bigger so I could have more rice because I'm a sucker for rice, I'm not even asking for more meat. Maybe I'll just ask for more rice next time.Dear Owner, please, I want more rice in the bowls if you can do that.

The Cupbop was really delicious, flavorful and filling. Definitely try their mandu too! It's a good place to grab for quick meal or takeout. Their staffs are really friendly and we would come back again.

This place is a god send. The food is super scrumptious and you can’t beat the price for the quality. I’ve had the chicken katsu cup and and the spicy pork cup and I’ve never been disappointed. The sauce for the food is also really good and I don’t even know what it is ?. Service is great and food always comes out quickly. If you’re thinking about coming to the this place please don’t hesitate. They deserves 5 stars and nothing less.

Perfect place for a quick bite. The food is cheap and affordable and delicious. Me and my friends got the popcorn chicken, bulgogi, and teriyaki chicken bowl. Each bowl has their own unique flavor and all very delicious. My favorite is the popcorn chicken. The chicken was crispy and very well seasoned. The bowl portion is a little off for me. I personally thinks there's too much protein and not enough rice in bowl, but I guess that is a good thing. The place is causal, not a sit down and serve place. You order your food at the cashier and pick up when it is ready. The sitting are limited inside, but they do have a "outdoor" place with heater and AC. PS. they also give 15% student discounts.

When you come here, don't even mind its service or atmosphere. It's not what it's all about. You come here for a quick bowl of excellent rice as snack. If you treat it as a formal meal, then order two.

It’s such a great place for quick meal! They have cupbops with their own beverages and it’s very delicious! I ordered chicken katsu cupbop and spicy pork cupbop. It was enough for 2adults and it was delicious! I think it is very affordable quick meal. Good for students or people who work near that area. But they have only 3 tables so it can be hard to find seats if you go there on peak times I guess. Still I would like to go back anytime soon?

Stumbled upon this place while passing by Astor place. What caught my attention initially was the delicious looking pictures of the dishes they had on the signage outside. Then after, the prices marketed seemed very reasonable so I took my chances and I am glad I did. The food was very savory and juicy at every bite. Absolutely a great lunch spot that I added to my list. Can’t wait to try other dishes.

The food here was super yummy. I really liked that the cupbap here is filled with lots of stuff in it and how affordable everything was. Almost everything on the menu here is less than $10. I highly recommend the popcorn chicken cupbap and the donkatsu as those were my favorites. The drinks here are also good I liked the bottle it came in.

Starving and unsure of exactly what I was in the mood for, I stumbled upon the picture display of the menu outside the door. I vaguely remember the same display capturing my attention while passing by over the summer. The options seemed good and prices seemed reasonable, so in I went. I ordered the Tonkatsu Cup-Bop which took just a few minutes to prepare. Look, I can't remember the last time I reviewed a place on the very same day. Idk if it's cuz I was starving, but the food was amazing! Every single element was cohesive and yummy. The tonkatsu was perfectly crispy and the sauce was delish. The salad with yuzu dressing offers the brightness and freshness a dish like this needs. The seaweed gives the rice flavor and the kimchi is the cherry on top. I'm talking about this dish like it's from a Michelin restaurant lol. Seriously, give this place a try if you're in the area! The only thing I'll say is that the portion is kinda on the small side unless you have a dainty appetite. I would love to see them offer a large size for a few dollars more. All in all, great find!
