Excellent bagels !
The line moves very quick.
Our personal favorites are the tomatoes on everything and jam with sesame.
This location works well to pick up and eat elsewhere. The other spots look “cooler”.
Please update your operating hours. Walked for 20 mins in a rain on Thursday only to find the lights out, doors locked at 2:45PM, while according to Google you close at 5PM.
I just couldn’t understand how a simple bagel could be this heavenly delicious??? Had to visit Apollo Bagel at least one time every time im here in NY. Tried the flavors and my personal fav is the tomato cream cheese with everything bagel!! Don’t be fooled by its simpleness, as the bagel itself, the crispness, the salt flake, the tomato, the cream cheese, the seasoning..everything is just absolutely wonderfully made! But what stood out to me the most is its crispness. ✨🤌🏻 Idk what they did to make it that crispy and crunchy but OMG if this is not heaven, idk what is. I’ll be missing Apollo when I get back and looking forward to my next visit!!

Having witnessed the constant throng of customers coming and going to Apollo bagels, I had a hope for the bagel shop that it would be worth the wait and trip to come here. Upon first glance the large open space and occupied dining spaces made it seem like a pretty good choice after all. The feeling quickly subsided however when faced with a fast moving line but long waits for food.
When I finally got my $8 bagel with tomato and scallion cream cheese, I had to wait for a place to sit as people who had long since finished their food filled each table. When I got a spot to stand and dine, I took a bite into a salty slice of bread with a bit of a soggy taste. It was very mid. In fact, the bagel shop across the street was a much better option from my experience. If you like bagels, you’d know where to go, if you want to check out the buzz, go elsewhere.

Great bagels, their classic the salmon with cream cheese and dill one was amazing. Crunchy bagels, fresh dill, smoked salmon just right, creamy cream cheese. Everything combined perfectly. The orange juice was very fresh and sweet.

The open faced bagel sandwiches were great! Definitely eat it fresh because it can get soggy, but it still tastes great! I tried the bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes & bagel with salmon, cream cheese, capers, red onions, and dill (not shown because Maps won't allow me to post the photos). Highly recommended!

Simple. Efficient. Best bagel in America. Whenever I’m in NYC, I hit Apollo at least twice. Nobody does the sourdough bagel like them, especially the nova one. Id kill for those. 💯

Apollo’s Bagels is honestly very overrated and feels like a tourist trap. I would not return, especially since there are likely much better options in the city. The lines were extremely long for bagels that were, at best, average, and there was very limited seating available, so be prepared to stand while eating.
You can choose from multiple different bagel types. For the butter and jelly option, we chose a plain bagel, and for the smoked salmon option, we selected an everything bagel.
The smoked salmon bagel was decent, and the salmon itself was not overly fishy, which was a plus, but the cream cheese was basic and unremarkable. The everything bagel was also fairly generic and heavily loaded with sesame seeds.
The jelly and butter option was actually the highlight. The plain bagel was noticeably more flavorful and fluffier than the everything bagel, making it much more enjoyable overall.
The menu itself was simple, basic, and easy to follow, which made ordering straightforward. However, despite the convenience, nothing about the experience felt particularly memorable or impressive overall.

One of the best bagels I’ve ever tasted! 🥯🍣
• I was so excited to try their bagels and they did not disappoint. The sourdough bagels are crunchy on the outside, perfectly soft and chewy inside.
• The perfectly seasoned salmon and onions pair so well with the bagels.
• I was full after finishing the meal, yet it still felt light; fresh ingredients really make all the difference.
• Can’t wait to come back and try their other variants.
• No lines when I visited, and the staff were quick and efficient.
• Spacious dining area with limited seating, and they also have a restroom inside.

The tomato cream cheese on everything bagel is top tier. I devoured most of it before even taking a photo (video was secured though). Such a good balance of tanginess from the tomato, the cream cheese and the perfectly crispy toasted bagel. 10/10!
I also tried the white fish with cucumbers on everything bagel, and if you like fish I think you'll love this. The cucumbers balance out the slight fishiness of the fish. I did find this one slightly salty though.
Also, the staff are so kind!

New opening. Clean. Good seating for about 20 people or so. Easy menu with fair pricing for NYC.

Apollo Bagels is great. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. It was so good. The cream cheese was so creamy. Their customer service was great. I had an issue and they helped me right away. I would order here again.
