I completely lost all respect for this Applebees, I ordered through their site and the driver canceled the order. I was still charged the additional fee, my total for the food was $59 but with their delivery service it totaled to $86. I kindly worked through the proper steps to get a reimbursement but after 3 weeks was informed the restaurant was refunded my money. I called Applebees and was told I can pick up $21. To most people that's not a lot of money but it is owed to me, I finally made it to the location and was given $20. I didn't want to continue to stress this situation so I didn't say anything but this is proof of lack of customer service. I was handed a $20 bill and the manager walked away without any words so disappointed I never ordered online and the day I do this happens NEVER AGAIN would rather go to a different location!

Definitely recommend this location... they hosted our large party of 20+ people and even allowed us to setup some decor to celebrate our loved one... the staff was very helpful, attentive and friendly.

Fast service...their long island Ice Teas are great! The food was mediocre but edible. The waitress I had was soo nice and they accommodated us with no problems. The nicest Applebees so far

This is the local neighborhood Applebee's. We all know the type of food they have, the past is prob the best thing here . You can never go wrong with wings or a quesadilla though. I can happily admit that this place has some of the best frozen margaritas here , I recommend the mango one. Service is pretty good most of the time . You have to keep in mind how busy it gets and also where it's located . No matter the ocattion this is always a great place .

I ordered to go the 2 for $22 steak, mash potatoes and green beans and the sample appetizer. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium well but it was medium rare. They also forgot my spinach dip with the sampler. They had the nerve to put on the bag a flyer that said they checked my order and double checked it to make sure it’s 100% correct. If that was the case, I would not be missing an item and have medium rare steak instead of medium well.

The hostess in the front seems tired and bored and didn't greet us.Then when we ordered our boneless wings with buffalo sauce it was salty.I ordered steak and broccoli with mashed potatoes the steak was tough to chew and the broccoli wasn't steam all the way some was raw , and the mashed potatoes tasted weird like bitter.

I mean, its applebees. The food is good, the service is good. Nothing extravagant but I do appreciate how clean it was! That's important! If you're having a chill day/night and want to grab a bite to eat without breaking your pocket, this is your place
