Interesting experience. It was pretty busy busy so we had to eat outside, but they were super nice and put down a rain cover so we didn’t get wet. The food was decent, they forgot our two orders of bacon. Not a bad atmosphere, it was near our hotel. Overall pretty nice.

We’ve eaten breakfast here many times and for the life of me I can’t understand why they’d use sliced lunch meat ham as an addition to your breakfast plate instead of a small ham steak. I found it inedible. Otherwise the breakfast was well plated with everything one could want. Next time I’d refrain from ordering anything with ham from this place. Also instead of nicely whipped cream cheese for my partner’s bagel they presented him with two small packets of cream cheese that he had to dress himself.
We do enjoy this restaurant because it’s located in our favorite neighborhood of the city but the food wasn’t up to par. We’ll return but we’ll be cautious while ordering

Amazing Panini. Mine was corned beef. It was so flavourful and the tomatoes were incredible. The Greek salad was so fresh and tasty.

The service here was extremely poor and the staff were very rude. They automatically added an 18% tip to the bill without asking. Will never come back again.

The breakfast here was good for the money. Unspectacular but tasty.
The service was good, without a smile but they did their job fine.
The worst part was the men's restroom. I'm not sure when it was last cleaned. I'd possibly expect it at the end of the night but this was 10am. Very dirty.

My friend and I decided to have a small post-birthday celebration and chose to sit down at this diner instead of going somewhere fancy. We both like diners because the food is usually tasty, comforting, and reasonably priced — nothing complicated, just a relaxed place to enjoy a meal and chat.
We placed our order — I got the salmon with mashed potatoes and spinach, and my friend ordered Veal Cordon Bleu with baked potato and broccoli. But almost immediately after taking the first bite, my friend noticed a large, thick black hair in her broccoli 🤢
We waited about 10 minutes to get the attention of the only server working that night — a woman who was clearly overwhelmed and rushing between All tables, trying to manage the entire restaurant ALONE. When she finally approached us, before we could even finish a sentence, she interrupted with, “No, no, no — give me the plate,” and snatched it away. No apology, no acknowledgment, no explanation. We were both shocked by how rude that interaction was, and even more surprised that she never came back to check on us or say anything else at all.
No manager ever showed up, and no one took responsibility for what happened. It felt like no one in the place cared. We understand that being short-staffed is hard — but even then, saying a simple “I’m sorry” should not be that difficult.
To top it off, when we received the bill, we noticed they automatically added a credit card service fee — even for a debit card. We understand this is becoming more common in NYC, but it still feels frustrating when you’re already dealing with poor service and then get charged extra just for paying with a card.
Yes, the food was decent overall, but the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism completely ruined the experience. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving a tip after everything, and we won’t be coming back.
Love it here. Great service and their breakfast is amazing

We visited this restaurant after a busy day of sightseeing. We were welcomed immediately and seated at a large booth suitable for our family of 5. We were brought water and a huge menu!! We were not disappointed with the food, all was hot, tasty and loads of it!! Staff was attentive and we had a good chat with them. Highly recommend for families as something for everyone. Portions so large we had to have a doggy bag!!

Worst most dry meat we’ve ever had. Chicken was literally cardboard so dry and unseasoned and the steak was even worse, overcooked and no seasoning, dry and chewy as hell. The water tasted like tap from the toilet, the eggs had black stuff from the unwashed pans all over the other side, just scary 🥲 we didn’t end up eating much of it and left.
