I ordered for delivery at 2:30, for a delivery at 6:30. They called me at 7:00 informing me they don't deliver that far. So it took me five minutes to pick it up. The linguini was cold, and the ceasar salad was lettuce and a little dressing. This is not an italian restaurant. I make better linguini then this. I had to ask for the five dollars I left for delivery. Didn't offer a comp dessert or drink. Never again.

Amazing value at lunchtime. Food tastes pretty good too. One thing that’s annoying is that they charge a higher price for paying with credit card and then slap another service fee on top of it. Strange but that just gets taken out of their tip I guess.

Bartenders take advantage of people who are inebriated and charge their bills twice to get bigger tips. How disgusting is this !! Definitely, look at your bills or have someone else look at it so you won't be cheated. This is very disturbing and the owner should be aware of this !!

My Friend and I went here. Unfortunately their drink was tampered with and they were left feeling sick and not remembering the night after 2 drinks. TWO drinks. They are not a light drinker at all. Unsafe space
I constantly request extra dressing and extra sauce and extra Parmesan cheese in my pickup and delivery orders and I can’t count how many times that I don’t get that as though it may bankrupt the restaurant. Many times I don’t even get bread or even UTENSILS that the app asks if you want and that I checked for.Ive bought Caesar salad at another area restaurant (second photo), for less than the price and it had extra dressing, tomatoes, and slices of real Parmesan cheese added for less the price. “Lettuce with croutons” is not worth the money I paid. The quality assurance has gone down once Covid was over. I had been a customer when they barely had any customers during that time and the QA has changed dramatically, I guess because the customer base has grown ever since Coogans closed so that won’t be their problem anymore. I won’t be ordering many items from them going forward.

We have been going there often coz the food is delicious and the service is fast and the staff are great . But that afternoon, it was just too noisy with all the customers that friday they were all talking so loud even if the music in the restaurant was low in volume. It was just too much. When we stepped out of the restaurant after our meal, broadway Avenue was more pleasant even with the number of cars passing and people outside. That's how loud it was inside.
