This location has great vibes equal to the coffee. Lauren and the entire staffing treats each customer with a great amount of care and it shows!

Every where I travel in the world I know if I need a real coffee and I don't have time to discover around, Arabica % is the place to enjoy my coffee time.

Quality coffee and a relaxed vibe. If you’re Australian and searching for a coffee that feels like home, Arabica is that spot.

Mediocre coffee but it gets the caffeine in the system.
I saw this place made Matcha Lattes - logic would imply one could order a Matcha tea.
When I ordered a Matcha Tea, the barista said they couldn’t make it - because they “didn’t have the recipe” to make a Matcha tea….aka a Matcha “Americano-style” as NY seems to love to call it.
Weeks later, I’m still surprised at the incompetency, enough to write a review.
How do you put Matcha on the menu with zero knowledge or training in Matcha?

Don’t know much about coffee, but people say it is really good. Strong black coffee. There are not so many things on the menu, but you don’t need more. The workers there are always in a good mood.

I know nothing about coffee but my friend who needs a caffeine IV drip went once and now is there twice a day saying it’s the best in NYC. Super lovely baristas, hard to get a place to sit but overall great!

Barista over-steamed the milk, unacceptable for a coffee bar that claims quality. Rude staff closed restroom off to customers 15 minutes before 6pm closing. Don’t get sucked into the hype, go somewhere else.

quite busy but service was still timely! we were lucky to have such a sweet lady take our orders during our visit.
Lattes were good as we got our usual Kyoto and Spanish lattes. Lots of people hanging out so can be crowded but generally they dont
linger excessively long it seems. We appreciate the gender neutral restrooms and that there is also a sink outside so if you only need to wash your hands you dont hold up the line.

Very average coffee at very expenses prices. $8.50 ($7.50 + $1 tip) for a small single origin coffee.

Not so nice baristas. This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops in the , but the baristas have become quite unpleasant. The coffee and pastries are still great, but the service is terrible. It’s slow, and I’ve heard other customers complain about the baristas’ attitudes which I could attest to.
