I really can't compare this Arby's to others because I don't know where another one is, but judging from the speediness, the atmosphere and the quality of the food compared to other Arby's I had been to in my life, its good.I wanted to take advantage of the free sandwich so I've been there at least once a week so far. So far, so good.There is also self serve fountain drink, which is rare in this area.Overall, the food is good and I like this Arby's.

Stopped in here for a quick meal. I ordered the Brown sugar bacon beef sandwich and a regular roast beef and cheddar. The Brown Sugar was good, but I still prefer the roast beef and cheddar. The store was clean and the counter person was very friendly.

This location has to be the worst in all of New York. You can be the only person placing an order and they will still take 20+ minutes to give you your stuff. On top of that, they’ll package up your sandwiches and have them sitting on the counter getting cold while they take way too much time to heat up fries. It’s ridiculous how bad this location is.
