Food was very good. Veal chop exceptional. Restaurant was not busy due to weather, but the staff could not have been better. They were Professional, polite, and attentive. Location was perfect. We will definitely return.
Great pasta dishes and house wine with attentive staff. Made reservations and would have preferred to sit in the dining room rather than the bar.
Very good food, excellent service, reasonably priced and just a few minutes walk from most BW theaters.

Old World meets modern in an excellent blending! Our first time dining here. From warm greetings upon entry through consistent yet unobtrusive check-ins during our meal, we all felt as if we were V.I.P.s who had been coming for years. Every dish was served promptly and prepared wonderfully. One of our party had a special dietary issue which the waiter and chef both teamed up to accommodate. The only mild distraction was that nearly every table was filled, so the noise level was a bit higher than we would've preferred. However, it didn't dissuade any conversation and was not a detriment. Book that reservation. You won't be disappointed! I know we'll be back again soon!
A wonderful experience in all respects: food, service and value. A gem in a sea of mediocrity
NYE 2026 was just perfect at Arnos. Just outside the chaos of Times Square yet close enough to take it all in.

Arno Ristorante is always great! We've been going there for years and food and service are excellent. I had the veal cardinale and my husband and filet of sole. Both were delicious The portions are just right so you have a little room for their wonderful desserts! Try the NY cheesecake. It will not disappoint. This is a classic Italian restaurant in the City. Please try it if you haven't already!!
Terrible experience - very unprofessional staff.

Do not make a reservation at this place. The service is very unprofessional. The food is mediocre at best, for which the service does not make up either. After we declined dessert and coffee the server threw the bill on the table, implicating that our dinner is concluded, although we wanted to order further drinks. When we requested the manager, he did not listen to our claim, was very rude and left the conversation mid sentence. That is after we told him that the 50$!!! „gratuity“ fee (=tip) is unwarranted as the service was inexcusable. Again, do yourself a favor and do not make a reservation here.

Reservation was quick and easy to get, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The food was definitely different from what we’re used to back in Texas, but in the best way—fresh, authentic, and really delicious. Such a great New York dining experience!

I booked and confirmed my reservation through American Express Platinum and RESY, when we arrived, they could not find our reservation and the owner and maître D' left us standing there with no direction. The lovely coat check attendant saw us floundering and found us a table. Unfortunately, it was in the bar area, which was loud, crowded and had a staff that was obviously overwhelmed. The area was filled with overly drunk loud guests who used our table as a bus tray leaving their empty beer bottles while we dined. The calamari were undercooked and rubbery, the two entrees were good however, if I am paying $67.00 for an entree I prefer to not be seated in a bar. I booked a white tablecloth establishment, if I wanted a loud bar I would have gone to any or NYC local pubs and paid a fraction of the price to dine. This was advertised as an Andrea Bocelli Annual Pre-Concert Dinner and Drinks Event which was part of a surprise holiday gift for my spouse. We would have left but had tickets to the show and were pressed for time. What we received fell very short of what should have been such fond memorable experience.
